I'm a new customer and so far I love the clothes at PatPat and the prices are amazing. I placed an order recently and one of the items was too big so when I reached out to customer service, I was extremely impressed by the service, REYNAC was quick to answer and so easy and nice to deal with.

I ordered various things from PatPat recently. I only really had trouble with one of the items I wanted to return. I was helped by Jonalyn from the PatPat service team who was very polite and helpful in communicating with me through the refund process. My emails were answered in a short amount of time and my issue was resolved without a problem!

They are scram! I have my first order in here and pay more than £7 for delivery fees which is 5-8 businesses working day. But more than 2 months I didn't receive my order. I complained which company and they didn't solve my problem and refund money. I lost my money and didn't get my suff at all. WARNING!

This is the second year that I have ordered Christmas pajamas from Patpat. Both times the ordered was received in a timely manner. This year I had a sizing issue and contacted the company. It was handled and resolved immediately
Shipping took a bit long but service and price pretty good. One item did have a stain on it and they refunded my money. I ordered about 13 items and all came in but took about 2 weeks and only had an issue with one item.
Thank you KIM B for helping me i was not expecting this fast response from customer service but my problem was solved within 24 hours all thanks to KIM B. I will shop next time for sure only because of kim such a good customer service he has given me. I heard very much about patpat but never heard anything about customer service i experienced such a good customer service from patpat i am really happy with customer service from patpat thank you patpat i will definitely shop again from patpat thank you KIM B

This will be my go to every year for Christmas Pajamas. Arrived fast and customer service was amazing.
I can only recommend and thank all the support received. I order a larger size and JONALYN promptly resolved the issue. I got a refund and everything was very easy to solve. I recommend ordering Patpat!
Love ordering from Pat pat! Have had some sizing issues. But they always have given a refund. Much appreciated. Will be ordering again.
