The customer service rep Kuenzler went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and informed on my replacement order. Kuenzler was with me each step of the way til the problem was rectified. Not only that patpat is a wonderful company in itself, I am happy with each and every order.

I've ordered from PatPat several times a and loved what I have received. I've received some orders in as little as a week, but normally it takes 2 weeks or so. I had a small issue with one item I received and contacted them. I heard back from REYNAC who took care of it within a few hours. Very happy with this site.

Package got lost instantly was contacted and my order was resubmitted. Customer service was excellent

Items came up smaller than advertised even though I dozed up. I wanted to return the items for a bigger size, this wasn't an option so Katrina offered a full refund without needing to return the items.

Even though their sizes run small and 2 of my products were too small, the resolved it very professionally with money back and letting me keep the products(can always donate to the more needed ones) I highly recommend them. Also quick to answer even in busy holidays.
