I bought an Elsa dress from them for a Disney on Ice event. All the dresses were sold out at the local disney stores. I was guaranteed a 2 day shipment and received it in 2 days as promised in the busy Halloween season. My daughter could not have been happier. They deliver as promise, and made a 5yr old EXTREMELY happy.
Disney has come to be close to the mafia as you get. From the constant layoffs of employees, to the attempts to shut out competition by buying out smaller companies and even a rival big studio like 20th century fox. They also have been known to steal fan art without notifying the original creator and running beloved franchises to the dirt. This company has it all.
Do you know how frustrating it is to be promised something and for it to not go through then have to call them and all they can say is we understand your frustration and we will fix it but they never do and on top of that they still have the nerve to tell you have a magical day that even gets you more mad.! Horrible customer service.
Bet a whole generation grew up on their cartoons and full-length movies, and I don't conceal, I was also watching their movies and they were full of fun, moral and narratives about good deeds.
Nowadays everything was turned upside down and we have a colored mermaid, instead of real Ariel. Well, maybe they have such a vision and I don't accuse them of it. If they know it can potentially become a hit, then there they go.
Their influence shouldn't be underestimated anyway.
Horrible online customer service! They promise corrective actions but never follow thru... several times on the same request. Oh... but they do always respond with... Have a magical day... Guess it would be magical if they would actually provide the services they promise!
I've always been a huge Disney fan but for many reasons over the years my feelings have changed. They are very money hungry for starters and they have taken away so many of the little perks they would give you in the parks and at their resorts. Now it's strictly business with Disney and you feel it. So with all that extra money you think they would have a great website. They don't! It's one of the worst! Impossible to navigate, constantly freezes up and rejects the proper password. It's a joke for a multi billion dollar company. Don't bother trying to call them either, it gets worse. The cast member on the other end of the phone didn't know how to take a phone order! Seriously, he told me he had never taken a phone order before and all he was interested in doing was to get me to download the app. I eventually got him to agree to take the order over the phone and he screwed it up. Now one of my gifts is in limbo. I've decided not to shop at Disney again until they fix their website and train their cast members better.
I love using disney +! It's got all the marvel shows, i especially recommend agents of shield and loki! Also has the entire pirates of the carribean series to binge watch :)) )
They are not the Disney of old. Needs to be boycotted until they close the doors forever,, or until they b in jail with bread and water only
It's a fantastic experience with a lot of things to do. You'll never be bored again. Nice experience.
