I've always been a huge Disney fan but for many reasons over the years my feelings have changed. They are very money hungry for starters and they have taken away so many of the little perks they would give you in the parks and at their resorts. Now it's strictly business with Disney and you feel it. So with all that extra money you think they would have a great website. They don't! It's one of the worst! Impossible to navigate, constantly freezes up and rejects the proper password. It's a joke for a multi billion dollar company. Don't bother trying to call them either, it gets worse. The cast member on the other end of the phone didn't know how to take a phone order! Seriously, he told me he had never taken a phone order before and all he was interested in doing was to get me to download the app. I eventually got him to agree to take the order over the phone and he screwed it up. Now one of my gifts is in limbo. I've decided not to shop at Disney again until they fix their website and train their cast members better.
