Started out as good service but didn't use hotspot for awhile so i had to contact support for them to restart service. Rep sent me multiple emails but not one contained the required code. Alas, i turned to another carrier to solve the problem
Was looking for a lower cost carrier for text and talk. They delivered and the gal in customer support was very helpful in walking me through the process of switching from virgin mobile. Two thumbs up Tello

Too bad the employees don't seek out productive employment. This place must be chock full of H*illa-ry supporters
Tried to leave a review about TerryWilson3 on the site RipoffReport and could not do it. The site would NOT let me register!

After some investigating i know why i couldn't leave a review.

Also, the negative review i had on sitejabber about Terry Wilson3 mysteriously disappeared and several glowing reviews popped up! hmmm imagine that
I did not have them clean anything in the home. I used them to clean the carpet and seat upholstery in my van. The tech was on time and pleasant enough, but after the seats had dried, it looked like they had not been cleaned. I had to dab the spots with a green cleaner to get them out. Maybe the process doesn't work well on upholstery?

As far as the van's carpeting, the cleaning process seemed to do a decent job.
I have not shopped this store online but the first time i went into one of their stores it reminded me of Kohls. Dillards had a pretty good selection in the mens clothing section. Will shop there again when i get the opportunity
Here is how they could be better--
* Run fewer depressing stories
* Run more stories that are uplifting
* Don't be so slanted in political ideology--stop with the hate!
* Write articles that educate and make people think
Purchased unlocked moto at a decent price. Wish i had bought one a long time ago. When you buy a "locked" phone through a carrier, you can end up losing bigly.
Worst customer service with a phone carrier. After a network upgrade, i could not place any calls. I went to the store and the considerate gal there tried to explain to the person at corporate that i was not the only one having issues. Cricket did not fix the problem and did not refund any money i spent for a new sim card and a new phone.
