I needed to replace my mounting pad under both foot-wells on my 2014 Polaris sportsman 850 HO. I noticed I was missing a screw and a nut, so I ordered it along with the pads. The screw you sent me is way too short. Now I need to take a ride to my local hardware store and try to match it up. Not a big deal but I value my time. Now I have to find time to go to the hardware store. Just a little annoying.
I made over 50 calls looking for a gas tank door lock. And check with several lock smiths in my area and no luck. A friend of mind told me about this web site. And with in 5days the new lock was on the bike. THANKS
I ordered an item you guys sent me the wrong item, even though it was bike specific you sent me the wrong one I called and then somebody charged me twice the amount I was supposed to originally pay and then I mailed back the original item and I only got 60% of what I paid back on top of me having to pay for return shipping. This is unacceptable. It was your mistake. I had to pay for the return mail postage and then you still didn't even give me the full amount back gave me $30 back. I paid 52. This is unacceptable And I expect an email in a response and I am the correct amount of money refunded being that it was your mistake. I called your service people. They realize the mistake and then overcharged me for the smokes for my bike took another week to get here so I was without bike for 2 1/2 weeks Due to your mistake and then you proceeded to not even give me a full refund on top of the paid postage that I sent the merchandise back

I live in a rural setting and the nearest dealers are quite a ways away from me. I work on metric motorcycles and ATVs in my garage at home and have a fairly complete shop. To drive my 15mpg truck for parts can be expensive. Partzilla allows me to get stuff with expedited shipping for less than driving my truck. I'm using Partzilla to supply me with 95% of the parts while completely overhauling my 2000 Yamaha YZF R1. I say 95% because it's a 25 year old motorcycle and the manufacturer has since discontinued certain parts which is too be expected. I've spent $1k+ in OEM parts from Yamaha in Japan through Partzilla for my bike, short of splitting the crankcase to do pistons ( they've got then though) PZ has supplied me with every nut, bolt, O-ring, gasket, and so on. Packages have always arrived on time, undamaged, in heavy duty boxes if fragile parts. Also the customer service I've dealt with through text messages have been super cool to deal with. Partzilla says my part shipped Monday. It's Saturday morning and UPS tracking says they haven't received the package yet. 5 days. Partzilla, what does shipped even mean to you?
This package was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. Occasionally, UPS does not scan these packages. The package was transferred to USPS for delivery. Tracking indicates this package was delivered on Friday, 5/2/2025, via USPS.

Part came in a reasonable time and was what was ordered. Would have liked to see it in a more protected packaging. Came in a thin plastic envelope with no cushioning.

I recently broke the driverside seat release on my Yamaha Rhino, and the other was already broken. Partzilla had the OEM parts cheaper than on Amazon. Recieved the parts on time.
2 weeks ago I placed an order and paid for express shipping (1-3 days). It took over a week and I was missing an item. This week I placed another order, again paid for express shipping. This time the complete order came in 2 days! Outstanding! Although, I shouldn't be praising a company that does what's expected of them.
I ordered some spark plugs and they were shipped quickly and were correct. I have ordered many parts from them with no issues at all. I needed to send some carburetor jets back and they told me just to keep them instead because the shipping wasn't worth it. Very nice.
