I ordered an item you guys sent me the wrong item, even though it was bike specific you sent me the wrong one I called and then somebody charged me twice the amount I was supposed to originally pay and then I mailed back the original item and I only got 60% of what I paid back on top of me having to pay for return shipping. This is unacceptable. It was your mistake. I had to pay for the return mail postage and then you still didn't even give me the full amount back gave me $30 back. I paid 52. This is unacceptable And I expect an email in a response and I am the correct amount of money refunded being that it was your mistake. I called your service people. They realize the mistake and then overcharged me for the smokes for my bike took another week to get here so I was without bike for 2 1/2 weeks Due to your mistake and then you proceeded to not even give me a full refund on top of the paid postage that I sent the merchandise back

We’ve reviewed your orders and the call records with our team, and it appears that the original part ordered does not fit any year of the vehicle model you mentioned when contacting us. It seems the incorrect part was selected at the time of purchase.
As per our policy, customers are responsible for return shipping on orders placed without assistance from one of our agents, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund was issued for the returned part and any applicable taxes.

This package was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. Occasionally, UPS does not scan these packages. The package was transferred to USPS for delivery. Tracking indicates this package was delivered on Friday, 5/2/2025, via USPS.
This is the third time this has happened. My part says it's available and in stock I press order, everything goes through and then a day or two later it says the item is no longer in stock

2 weeks ago I placed an order and paid for express shipping (1-3 days). It took over a week and I was missing an item. This week I placed another order, again paid for express shipping. This time the complete order came in 2 days! Outstanding! Although, I shouldn't be praising a company that does what's expected of them.

I looked at the installing video that was very helpful. I noticed that the installer was using taper bearings which are better than the OME bearings. The parts website should even me more options. I'm returning what I have and get the upgrade kit.
No one has a better parts look up or more parts in stock. Unfortunately shipping is usually very expensive and very slow. Small things like washers and bolts can cost as much as $20 to ship and as long as 2 weeks to receive.
I need bolts so i could replace my hazards on my zx6r 2007. And I got them now it looks a lot cleaner without them.
