I had to call the support number to find the box to enter the promo code. It should be as obvious as the gift card box. Then I felt like the order was in limbo for two days and the site went from saying that it was in stock to being out of stock. Once I got the call from the shipping company (RL Transport) everything was great along with their shipping up-dates and tracking. I got the motor and am very happy with the end results!
