Thank you for your purchase and for your review. Your feedback is welcomed and appreciated. The item in question is not in regards to this order but 1000256671. I do see that there is an item that has been on backorder since last summer. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do as the part is on backorder with Yamaha. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to OEM parts. We have sent you several emails in regards to your backorder. We do this for two reasons.
1, We want to make sure you the customer have the information and estimated availability date given to us by Yamaha. We attempt to be as transparent as possible. 2, we want you to be in control of your order. The backorder email gives you the date so that should you not want to, or not be able to wait we can cancel your order and refund your money. Because you have not canceled the order we have kept it open and emailed you in every instance that Yamaha pushed the date back as that is all that we can do. We do hope that your backordered item arrives sooner than later and we are able to get that to your front door. If you have questions or concerns please call us at 888-625-5460.
