GREAT! WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT ALL THe QUESTIONS... but,,, overall experience would be better if the website would indicate stock levels and/or back order status. My original order had 4 items, 2 were in stock, 2 were on long lead time back order status. Ultimately cancelled B/O items and purchased them from a different vendor.

Thank you for your review and for your purchase. Your feedback is important to us. I am sorry you had a bad experience that is not our intention. I do see here that your order was shipped fairly fast. We shipped the item less than 24 hours after it was placed. Because you live in a community with a cluster mailbox setup, the boxes are smaller than standard mailboxes. Your mail carrier could not fit the article into your receptacle as it was too large so it was placed in the parcel locker. We have no control over what the carrier deems too large for your receptacle, and we have no advanced way of knowing whether your mailbox was too small. In instances like these, we recommend the customer advise us of what carrier they prefer, and if there are any steps we need to take as again, this is out of our control. I did also look through our system and could not find a second order. If you need assistance or have questions please call us at 888-625-5460.
