My experiences with PartsVu have always been fine. I usually receive my order in about a week. If a part is on back order, I will receive an email of the availability date. Customer service has always been helpful when ordering outboard motor parts.

Everything was fine except for they ent the wrong spark plugs, them sent me an envelope to return the wrong plugs with no postage paid.

There was a delay in shipping due to supply chain. Most of the order arrived but I am still missing the battery switch that is on backorder.
It was good, but only after I followed up with a phone call nearly two weeks in. Angel was very helpful on that call and identified the holdup and saw to it that the last two items (Sierra 7944 fuel/water separating filters) were located and the entire order was promptly shipped.

While we do have several thousand items in our warehouse available and ready to ship today, we do have many items out of stock. I am sure you are aware, the country is facing a national supply chain crisis. The crisis is so severe that the President has stepped in. We have no control over items that are back-ordered, as that is a supply and demand issue. Unfortunately, our company is no exception to the overall supply chain issues. If at any time you place an order and an item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that point, you can cancel the order with no restocking fee, or you can choose to keep your order open and wait for the item to arrive to our warehouse.
