Great on-line store. Very much trying to support family businesses and not Jeff Bezos. But the lack of being able to have info on the where a bouts of when I would receive order was frustrating. Also tried numerous attempts to call customer service with never an answer.
Overall shopping was good. I bought my boat used so I didn't have the owners manual. Could not obtain one from Mercury. Would be nice if PartsVu have a parts number with picture like other sites I've seen.
Their part was missing information online so I ordered the wrong part initially it didn't say left or right turning prop. And the return process is clunky and very strict. I will not be ordering anything else as I believe this to be a dropshipper who isn't interested in customer service.
Fast, easy, and affordable. I search for this propeller on other websites that's were listed at a higher price and not in stock. PartsvVu advised they would ship the prop from the manufacturer with a reasonable ship date. Arrived without issues.
Item was shipped with only some of the items and circled parts on the packing slip saying back ordered by over a month. There was no email, no call, no notice. Now I am waiting on parts ordered from another place while this boat should be on the road. Customer service is unreachable. I'll happily pay more to go to a store that ACTUALLY has the part in stock as indicated. Wouldn't do it. I will edit this if I can reach customer service.
I ordered multiple items for Mercury outboard service prior to peak fishing time. Part of the order was backordered so they shipped what was available at my request. Still waiting on the remaining backordered items. Customer service was excellent. The prices were competitive and or less than other suppliers. Extremely satisfied overall!
Kit had everything I need to do annual service. I've ordered from PartsVu before and will continue to do so. Have a completely full extra bottle of gear case oil now since it only uses a little of the second qt - so I might try to order this differently next time. And I need a special wrench to get the primary fuel filter opened to finish my maintenance- Thanks to Yamaha for forcing special tools on us - but that's a different issue. Thanks to PartsVu for saving me money

I would not say the shipping it out was all that great. It took a few days for them to even ship it, then it came via slow USPS which is a hit and miss way to ship anything from them.
The rod bolts/screws were OEM and are quality pieces at the best price around. They were unfortunately back ordered and it took 7 months to receive them. This was not PartsVu's fault.
PartsVu is a great online source for engine parts!
Ordered a yearly service "kit" with many different parts. One part did not make it into the box. Called customer service expecting to start the blame game and expecting to not get any where fast. But contrary to my precieved thoughts, I was connected with an agent who immediately sent out the missing part and I received it 2 days, saving my plans of getting the service done in time to get out on the water for the weekend! Will recommend and buy from again!
Everything was fine except for they ent the wrong spark plugs, them sent me an envelope to return the wrong plugs with no postage paid.
Thought that I shouldn't have been responsible for shipping your mistake back.
Advertise like a large supply company, but more than half my needed parts are never in stock. I can't wait for PartsVu to order them, receive, process & then ship to me. I get better pricing, complete orders and faster service from Kellogg Marine & Donovan Marine.
I'll order here and there, but would buy more items if PartsVu had more in stock.

I made several calls and email inquiries about my order not being shipped. I was told that 1 product was holding up the order and that it was due in the next day. It turned out to be "misinformation" in an email response that I received days later. The option to ship incomplete was offered but I would have to pay shipping on the late single item. That was a deal breaker for me. Order placed 4-24 received complete 5-4 too long when order was placed and everything appeared as in stock

Website made it easy to find correct parts needed for my outboard which all arrived as expected, it was not clear however what parts were readily available, backordered, etc. but all parts including one backordered arrived within 10 days. Overall, I was very satisfied with the purchase experience.
Great to find all my needed Mercury items. Thanks - Was a little frustrated that had free shipping as order was over $150 then applied prom code and shipping was applied. I did buy something else to again get order higher for free shipping but thought that was a bit lame. Overall happy though.
I called and left a message. They did follow up with a call back. I then placed a parts order and paid for fast shipping.
Never pay for expedited shipping, you won't get it.

Overall pretty satisfied. I did run into a problem with the fuel/water filters included in the 3 Yamaha service kits I purchased not being correct for my boat. So while I think the kits are generally a good value when on sale, I had to purchase the correct filters separately.
The delivery took a lot longer than expected. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days but was delivered more than a week (~10 days) later. Considering the part could easily have been put in an envelope and been delivered at the same time as a regular letter, the delay seemed excessive.
The parts were two tiny little wires about 12cm long.
It took seven business days for my package to go from Naples to Tampa.
There was no tracking information, the tracking number led to no information. I had to call numerous times. I cannot schedule jobs this way waiting for parts. Unfortunately your site will not be my primary source for parts.

Your website didn't say the gauge I ordered was back ordered until March. Should have noted it was out of stock. You should have waited to charge me for it until it was shipped.
