I called and explained that the parts I received were not red in color but more pink then red in color, customer service () had my order number and my phone number (as well as all of my other information) the call was disconnected and I never heard back from you!

I wanted a 300 hour service kit for my motor but didn't know what kit to buy so I contacted their customer support. They gave me a kit number and I ordered the kit. It was not the right kit (impeller and some other items were the wrong size). I contacted customer support and they said I needed to order some other parts for the lower end and said they would refund the order and I could keep the other parts (not sure if they think it is a plus to give me parts that I can't use). I ordered the parts they specified which were ~$90 more since, I assume, I was purchasing separately. They did refund the original order but it wound up costing me more money to be inconvenienced waiting for the correct parts to arrive. There are a lot of parts suppliers out there so I'll be moving on.
Creating a new account was a bit confusing as I was trying to set up a default shipping address different from my default billing address. The input screen kept overriding my data. The young lady that took my phone call was helpful and knowledgeable regarding why the 100 hour basic service kit was different from the service kit with cooling options. And which kit was best for me. She also walked me through setting up my new account. Hurray for knowledgeable customer service reps.
Most of the items I ordered shipped without issue. The problem I had was they offered an item that was sellable, meaning it did not say it was out of stock. So this part was not shipped and the order said it was back ordered. I don't have time to wait for a back order...I would have never ordered it to begin with. So, order shipped without this part but my CC was still charged for it. First experience where a company charged me for something that they did not ship.
PartsVu is the best price for getting the package deals for all your lubricants and filters. Plus they carry about everything else needed for outboards. Send your order and comes on time packaged well. Have no complaints with any of my orders.
All item I ordered are correct. I've been using Partsvue for a couple years now. Good brand parts and for less than the usual marine outlets. Reason I didn't give a 5 star is the shipping is a bit slow.
It took almost a full year to receive the part. I had to purchase an alternate in that time, so I have not used this part. I received numerous emails telling me that the part was back ordered. A year is a bit ridiculous for any part.
I ordered parts for the first time from Parts Vu and was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I received the order as promised in 2 days. I was pleased to put it mildly. We will continue to use them for our parts needs.
First time customer. A friend suggested I visit the PartsVu web site and I thought it was easy to find what I needed and place an order. It arrived faster than expected, and in perfect condition. Happy with the products, service and web experience so far.

The assemble kit made it easy to buy. The product arrived together in a single box, which made it easy to keep track of everything until the install day. All the parts went in as planned and the motor is running great.
The expensive container of oil I bought was crushed at the spout to fit it into the box. A small amount of the oil leaked and bow it will be harder to pour. I did not appreciate this type of rough handling.
Everything went perfectly until I opened the box. Whoever packed the order failed to secure the spark plugs which were rattling around in the bottom of the box. 4 of them had bent electrodes which required repair
My experience was great. Easy to navigate. My only issue is the frequency of emails I get (advertising). If I could get once a week or even once a month, I'd sign back up for emails. Once or more a day is too much.
Very easy to order. Love the fact that they have a 20 hr kit.
However, 4 days to get pkg from south FL to Jacksonville, FL...ridiculous. And I wasn't very happy that it kept me off the water for the weekend bc it wasn't delivered until Monday, almost week after being ordered.
It was good, but only after I followed up with a phone call nearly two weeks in. Angel was very helpful on that call and identified the holdup and saw to it that the last two items (Sierra 7944 fuel/water separating filters) were located and the entire order was promptly shipped.

Consistently has the best prices for parts for my boat and outboard. I just received my 4th order from them since I bought my boat 18 months ago. They will continue to be my go-to supplier for marine parts.
When I contacted Partsvu for the first time they made the ordering so easy. I also required the items in a vertical sort time time and they turned this around very fast. They kept me up to date through out the whole process. I can't say enough about there service for me.
