Ordered the items and were shipped fast. I wish you had a online inventory system so I could see how many are in stock. Once I put the order in I got a refund email because of inventory. I don't like the email "htm" attachments you send with the order. My email program treats them as spam since you have to click on them to see anything. So I never open them.
I ordered that exact same one and, of course it is more expensive, but throw salt on the wounds, it is missing or no longer comes with the marine fuel/water separating filter. It ordered it with the exact same product number. Be aware!
Great price, great product. The only problem was one of the grease tubes got squeezed in the box and the cap popped off. It made a bit of a mess and one tube was less filled. You may want to pack these tubes a bit more carefully.
Really Slow delivery. When purchasing the water impeller kit it didn't cross reference my Yamaha model# to insure it was the right kit. I ended up getting the wrong plate with the kit. I ended up buying the correct plate through Crowley Marine with confirmation it matched my Yamaha model and received it relatively quickly.

I would have like to have received all factor Yamaha products but I understand the difficulties with that. You guys did say ahead of time that the part was replaced with a no factor part before I bought.
Quick and easy. All the parts were in the box and in perfect condition and everything was delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely rate parts vu a 10 and will be doing business with them again.
Ordered about a half dozen coolant hoses for my 16 year old Mercruiser I/O and felt PartsVu offered pretty fair prices. When installing them, I noticed the fabrication date stamps were from 2014, meaning they were basically "new old stock ". Better than what I had, but not quite brand new.
Received everything as ordered to get my 100 hour service completed! As well as the preventative maintenance items I got as well. Appreciate them taking the time to staple the small parts to the packing list. Though I did think they were missing until I took the time to look at the paper lol.
Well, it all start when I went on the computer, on a dark in stormy night. I had shoping for a prop running thru my veins. And magically ordered a prop from partsVu. And many months later the prop showed. Due to back order of course. But other than that I was pleased with the company.

I did not receive the correct lower unit pump in the Yamaha 150 20 hour service kit. I contacted customer service and they indicated they would send the correct pump. I was able to borrow a pump and complete the service. Other than the incorrect pump everything else was good.
I ordered a cover and an insert only to find out that the insert was included with the cover. This was not mentioned in the part review or photo. The cover was $88.00 the cover was $18. Now I have an insert I dont need and it would be to costly to return it.
Received both of the products I ordered. One of the filters came with the box completely smashed open and a small dent in the filter. I don't think this affects the performance of the part so it was installed. There was no damage to the exterior packaging of my shipment, so the smashed box and dented filter were packed and shipped to me from PartsVu in that condition.

I do see that this order shipped in a flat padded envelope. Because that is basically bubble wrap it would not show signs of damage. I had to call the support number to find the box to enter the promo code. It should be as obvious as the gift card box. Then I felt like the order was in limbo for two days and the site went from saying that it was in stock to being out of stock. Once I got the call from the shipping company (RL Transport) everything was great along with their shipping up-dates and tracking. I got the motor and am very happy with the end results!
I called PartsVu, gave rep serial number of motor, he explained all the contents that came in 300 hr kit, and placed my order. My order arrived in 3 days with free shipping. I am happy with the whole process! Thank You PartVu!
