The site doesn't let you know they don't have your parts in stock until after you buy them. It took a couple weeks to get my parts shipped. I understand the supply chain issues these days and that's fine. However, once they received my parts it still took a couple calls to get them to actually ship them. This is the third time I've used this site for annual maintenance items for my boat - not sure there will be a fourth.
I accidentally ordered the wrong service kit, almost $700 worth of parts. When it arrived I of course opened the box & grabbed the first box that was on top to check over the order to make sure all items were accounted for. And it's seemed they were but I started noticing it didn't match what I needed and dreaded I had ordered the wrong kit. I opened the anode box to see if it matched mine and unfortunately it didn't. I still had time to return and order another kit so I simply put it all back into the box and requested a return. Which to my surprise was denied because I opened the anode box. Yep. I "broke the seal" or opened the cardboard box, because of that I'm stuck with this entire order that is useless for my boat.
Worst customer experience I've ever received. It's not electrical and I didn't tear the box to shreds I just opened it where the tape was. And for that I have lost that money. Would've been good to know prior to ordering, so buyer beware!
It did not arrive on date promised,July 31,I received it August 4-too late!I had to cancel my contractor and purchased the product locally,I would have sent it back but you guys would not accept responsibility!
The estimated delivery time of 4-5 days turned into 13 days. The part arrived at your warehouse on 5-15 after placing the order on 5-12. I was told it would ship within 24 hours after arriving at your warehouse. In fact it didn't ship until the afternoon of 5-19 after I called to get tracking info. It ended up shipping on South Eastern Freight Lines and didn't arrive in Key West until 5-22. Very disappointing and frustrating.
This says purchase date of January 2023. However, I ordered this at least eight months ago. Just crazy it took so long for this small item to arrive. I will not use this company for any future orders.

Luckily the item just arrived and we had it shipped out to you the same day. With backorder OEM parts, since they are the sole manufacturer we are completely at their mercy. The website is very good easy to navigate. The issue is the parts say in stock but are not. I'm still waiting for a fuel filter I ordered over a month ago that was in stock on the website. The rest of my order said ships in 7-10 days, good luck it was more like 3.5 weeks. I will not be a customer in the future. Better off purchasing elsewhere.
Item was shipped with only some of the items and circled parts on the packing slip saying back ordered by over a month. There was no email, no call, no notice. Now I am waiting on parts ordered from another place while this boat should be on the road. Customer service is unreachable. I'll happily pay more to go to a store that ACTUALLY has the part in stock as indicated. Wouldn't do it. I will edit this if I can reach customer service.

It took seven business days for my package to go from Naples to Tampa.
There was no tracking information, the tracking number led to no information. I had to call numerous times. I cannot schedule jobs this way waiting for parts. Unfortunately your site will not be my primary source for parts.

When I the ordered a product it didn't mention it was on the back order and we have to wait for a couple of months and also when we received the product it was looks like been repaired not brand-new waiting for a response from the company.

Item arrived in excellent condition and as described. The price was the best I have found.
FedEx didn't do so well. It sat in one location, 30 miles from my residence for 5 days. After two discussions with their customer service department, they finally put it on a truck and delivered it. This was not any fault of Parts Vu. I would have no problems dealing with them in the future.
Great first time experience. New OEM display cover, well packaged and received in perfect condition. Great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend if they offer the goods you need.
Was able to find the part I was looking for quickly, and check out was simple and fast.
Quite satisfied with my control cables, although I haven't gotten them installed yet. Got a tie wrap somewhere I need to find and cut.

Good experience. Based on conversations with fishing community I expected a longer lead time. Item was delivered in good order and better than expected time-frame. Email updated were provided timely and accurately.
Please change parts list to match the proper impeller for 2019 Yamaha T- 25. I ordered wrong one last year and if i didn't question it this year would have gotten wrong one again. They ask for the serial number of engine not the model number if you call. Haven't put it in yet so i wont put 5 stars up until i know its right.

This time the Yamaha fuel filter was replaced by another product. Called customer service and they said they were out of Yamaha filters and the replacement was as good. It would be nice to know that when I placed the order.
Parts Vu always makes things easy with the pre-packaged maintenance kits and prompt shipping. I haven't had to contact customer service because my experience is always been smooth, but I would expect their customer service is superior as well.
Delivery was slow and the cost of freight was a little to high. Other companies offer free shipping. Had a hard time finding the right parts for my Yamaha. Your dates only went to 2022. I have a 2023.
The parts selection process and service are both very good. The website is lacking info/misleading and makes no mention of parts not being on the shelf and needing to be ordered from a manufacturer before it will ship.
