I ordered water pump for a 84 Fiero, after putting in the correct vehicle info. They sent it in a timely manner. The water pump it's self is correct, BUT the pulleys that come with it DO NOT fit my application. The rear pulley is for a ribbed belt, but ALL the belts on an 84 Fiero are 'V-Belts'. The original pulley has a 5.5 inch outer diameter. The pulleys that came with this water pump are 4 3/8 outer diameter. I went back to their website, put in my vehicle info, and the same water pump shows up. They are NOT worth shopping through!
I'm not even gonna play with these people! Ordered a part for car and got an empty box! I'm just gonna dispute with credit card company! How do you pack a box with paper and bubble wrap without including the product! This company is a complete scam! Paid $108.65 for an empty box. If I can give this company a ZERO STAR I WOULD!
Got wrong parts like other and was willing to pay restock fee and get new parts, but they were not willing to work with me ANY! Pay more money and get better company (cheap not always better). Run away fast as you can. Now I have parts can't use.

I paid $40.00 for 2 day air shipping and my starter was sent by ground and took 10 days. Save your money, time, and irritation and order your parts where you can see them and inspect them before purchase.

Ordered a trailer hitch. I got one, just didn't fit the one I ordered because it had the holes for mounting beveled out, like it was welded different than the other side. When I called, they blamed me for ordering a part that fits a 8000# tow capacity vehicle when mine is rated at 5000# (the only rating for a Frontier) verified by the dealer. Told me I would have to pay for a replacement. I called my credit card company-- I didn't pay for it and not paying return shipping for something that was their fault to start with-- not including the pieces missing (1 bolt, 1 lock washer and three flat washers). It had been opened before.
I ordered from said company, they sent me different part then was listed on order confirmation. To make it worse, they make you pay for return shipping for their mistake. Sounds like a good way to run a company, doesn't it!.

I was shopping for this clutch local in in the Phoenix area and was being quoted prices as high as $260.00 and was told that nobody in the Western United States had one. Parts Geek had one in stock for less than $170.00 free shipping and I had it in just a few days! I will use Parts Geek all the time and save lots of money!
Partsgeek should offer some customer service when I called to complain because I found the exact same part by the same manufacturer at a much cheaper price and two day delivery I was told if you don't want it refuse delivery because it had not shipped I asked for it to be canceled. Told to refuse it. 3 days and it has not shipped label has been printed so they count it as shipped there is no way I will ever order from them again.
Purchased a brand new tailgate it was dented in three locations before they wrapped it up box is fine no scratches in the paint and they would not warrantee it would not take it back would not return it would not credit me any money to have the dents removed not very professional in my opinion ordered quite a few things from them before not anything anymore I will find a new supplier
I Purchased a 3rd brake light for my Ranger, and although the item arrived in a shipping box that had no dents, tears, scuffs etc, the brake light inside had a hair-line crack (see photos). Returning the item was hassle-free, HOWEVER, I paid $68.96 for the item w/tax, and only received $65.01 back. PLUS - I had to pay for return shipping, tracking, and insurance. Total loss of $16.95 for an item Parts Geek shipped in flawed condition. NOT the way to generate repeat business...
I ordered rear brake rotors and calipers and they sent me 2 right side calipers and won't send me the left side keep telling me they have to investigate they are idiots don't they know a car has a right and left side I'm going to file a lawsuit against them for not fixing this problem after taking my $567 I don't take kindly from thiefs
I ordered the item showing in the photo below consisting of a cap, a spring, and a diaphragm. They sent me only the diaphragm. When I complained they said tough luck -- the photos isn't accurate. They would not send me the cap and spring as shown.
I ordered a power steering pump and it was not delivered to the address on the order form. In fact, it was not delivered at all. The address/label was incomplete and it was returned to their warehouse in Miami. I received no notification. I followed up and was told that I had to wait 10-14 days for a refund. ZERO accountability. Once the part had been returned, I should have been notified and THEY should have processed the return. Will never do business with them again.
This Action Crash GM******* Splash Panel / Skid Plate for under the front part of an engine worked great. It is an exact replacement on a 2007 Buick Lucerne. The only thing to remember in installing is on the front part under the bumper you may have to use vinyl tie straps rather than the stock gm clips. The clips work fine where you attach the splash guard to metal, but not so well where it attaches to the plastic bumper. All in all a nice replacement for the original stock piece.
I received an opened part with missing components. I'm ready to do the work and cant get ahold of anyone to fix the situation. Online it says that it will take 24-48 hrs for them to get back to me! Been on hold for 20 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone! Never again!
I ordered a valve cover gasket and it looked liked the right one but it wouldn't fit. Next I ordered a v belt it was described as a Gates it was a cheaper version and it broke with less than a month. Next I ordered a set of shocks for my pickup as I was doing the research I received a link to purchase those shocks they claim they never got an invoice number are received payment but on my bank statement it says parts geek. I don't like leaving negative feedback for no company but be aware I wouldn't buy anything else from them
Poor Customer Service and no sense of responsibility. Ordered 4 four rotors and they only shipped 3. Called customer service and was told that their warehouse was researching and that they would get back to me by the end of day. They did not follow through with the commitment to call me back. I called back two days later and still no update; was told that they were still researching and I should expect a call back in 24 to 48 hours. I have no expectation that they will follow through.
The proper way to solve this is the look up the shipping weight from the carrier and if the weight is less than expected send another rotor out.
I ordered 8 ignitions coils from them. It took 2 weeks to receive items. Inside the box was 2 sets of parts. 1 set didn't fit my vehicle. When I contacted them about my order, They told they sent me, they sent 8 parts I ordered. Doesn't mattered if it 2 different brand. I decided to return products. They don't provide return labels and cost is on me. They stated I had 4 day to return items or fees will be deducted from return. It took 2 weeks to get items, now I have 4 days to return it. The return process is more difficult than doing time in prison. 1 mistake and they will not accept return.
