Right part but too expensive and shipping was outrageous. A clip cost 32 and shipping was 8. The clip weighed less than an ounce.

What I received was great. However, my order was missing half of what I bought/needed. I reached out to customer service a month ago and never got a response. I did get an email asking for a review though, so hopefully someone from the company decides to respond to this.

I ordered a small wheel for my Kenmore dishwasher bottom drawer. It was a critical piece to easy pull out. The piece came less than a week after I ordered it. It fit perfectly and, like they said, was very easy to install. I will definitely use this site again!

The website also provided a video showing step by step how to replace the broken part. The parts kit has metal components that are better than the original plastic parts. I followed the step by step video and was able to make this repair on my own. FYI. 71 year old Grandma!

Recently purchased a heater/ circulating pump for my dishwasher. Due to my picking the wrong model number, the pump was not quite right. The customer service technician helped me select the right part, ordered it on the phone, and forwarded me to the return desk. My wrong part was returned by UPS and refunded to my credit card. They furnish OEM parts which are better quality than after market parts (bad experience with these parts in the past). Overall, service is superior.
