PartSelect had the exact part we needed to repair our dishwasher and it was easy to find on their website.

I am not sure if the heating element was defective or if the part has a catastrophic problem but I replaced the element and it lasted 2 months. I'm not too thrilled to have to purchase another one if the part only lasts for a short while. The company was easy to deal with, and that is why they get two stars.

Selecting parts is easy on their website, and parts were shipped in quick order. However, when my washer intake solenoid arrived, it was a three-solenoid switch, whereas the old part, AND the description of their replacement part were both TWO-solenoid switches. I wrote to ask for verification that I had received the correct part...no response. A week later, I sent a second request for clarification. One month later, still no response at all as to whether the part I received is the part that I ordered.

Part Select provides an easy to use parts catalogue with great diagrams, how-to videos and easy to follow instructions. Researching and then identifying the correct part is intuitively easy.

The parts I ordered worked well. I really appreciate all the schematics on their site that help identify not only the part but also how the appliance is built

My washer quit spinning leaving me with a load of soaking wet jeans parts select had the diagram, the parts and an easy video, so that I could fix it myself. I really couldn't afford a new machine so with a couple days and a little work mine was as good as new and didn't cost me a fortune.

I have used PartSelect a number of times now to get replacement lights for our GE refrigerator. They have always had what I needed and have shipped them immediately and I have recieved them very quickly.

I will definitely use them in the future.

The video was a great help. The fan popped right off, and the new one slipped on.$64 for a fan blade was high but better than a new refrigerator.

I ordered a bracket for my fridge door on Monday and got it on Thursday!. I was able to fill the fridge door back up again!. Great response time with my order and straightforward customer service.

Parts Select staff were so helpful when trying to find a heat element for an oven that is over 50 years old. The item arrived quickly and was easy to install after consulting with their staff. I'm so appreciative!

A drier door handle broke on my tenants drier (only two years old) and I was able to get the part quickly on PartSelect. It was expensive but the tenant installed it no problem. It was cheaper than the box stores were charging.

I ordered a couple of oven racks from Parts Select. They were listed as special order, taking 6-8 week to be delivered. Shortly after ordering, I checked my account since I had not seen the credit card charge go through. There was a note that I had requested cancellation. I contacted support, and they sent me an auto-reply stating I need to resend my query if I still wanted help. I did, and was told my order was cancelled for "the protection and integrity of [my] personal and billing information" but I could replace the order if I still wanted it. I did the next day, and this time the parts were listed as shipping same day. I saw the charge on my credit card. I looked later to confirm the shipping and saw the note that I had, AGAIN, requested cancellation. I emailed support and AGAIN, they sent an auto-reply stating I needed to resend my query if I still wanted help. I resent the query and was told AGAIN that it was cancelled to protect integrity. Later that day a credit was applied to my credit card. Note, the credit card company had no issue with me purchasing oven racks.

I find it odd that this company requires all support requests to be submitted twice. That annoyance aside, it seems that that all they are doing is collecting data, and credit card numbers, but not shipping. The excuse that they can't ship oven racks because of the need to protect "integrity" is suspicious. I freely admit I have a gas stove, and don't need protecting from the snowflakes.:-)

The part was easy to find on this site and in stock. They gave excellent instructions with a video. Very fast shipping. Good solid company to work with.

Ordered an OEM LG replacement pump for my washer. Paid for standard shipping. Part was at may house in less than 48 hours, in OEM package as advertised. Watched the Part Select video on installing the part and had it done in about 2 hours. This is with no experience and taking my time. Washer works like new!
