I have bought many items thru PartSelect and highly recommend them. They also are easy to work with if there are any problems on returning anything.

We ordered an electronic "mother board" for our 11 year old GE refrigerator after ours got fried by a power surge. It only took my husband a half hour with a nut driver to switch the panel out, and the fridge works like a top again. $150 part saved us $2000 for a new fridge like it, and the hassle of finding one that fit in as perfectly as the old one. Part Select's website was easy to navigate, and the part came in less than 48 hours, standard ship (granted we are both in NY, but on opposite ends). Would definitely order from this place again!

My refrigerator is old so when the door wouldn't close I had to lift it each time in order to close it. I ordered the part on line, it was so easy even for a 67 y.o. Woman. My brother replaced the tiny part, about the size of a nickel. The video it came with on the web site was so easy to follow and the door closes now. Thank you!

I'm highly in favor of fixing my appliances as opposed to buying new. It can be a struggle to find parts or the right help. PartSelect has it all put together in one place. Everything ordered by model and part numbers. Verify you're getting the right part. And helpful videos to guide you through the process. I will definitely be coming back for future appliance issues.

Part Selects service is top shelf. I ordered the valve when my ice maker and water quit working on the frig. Well me troubleshooting the issue fixed it sort of as the solenoid started working. I received the part and kept it, yep original solenoid failed after about month and I replaced it. Life is. I use partselect as the drawings are great, repair tips and instructions are helpful and parts show up when they say they will.

Website is easy to use. Found the part i needed. Ordered it on Thanksgiving afternoon, shipped the next day. Also have a video on what tools you will need and how to complete the repair. Very pleased with them.

I needed a replacement part for my oven. The ordering process was easy, even for someone as technologically challenged as I am. Part Select even sent a tutorial that showed the installation step by step. I also received the part before the projected date. In the future I will use Part Select anytime I need a part for any of my appliances.

I have performed three repairs in the last year at a fraction of the cost of repair services or replacement. I get to learn how my appliances work and keep them going strong. You can call and speak with a person to boot.

From the initial call we placed our order, we were met with Agents who quickly answered and exhibited professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, no BS scripted lines, and communication is easy, one that you can trust and have confidence in. They honor their word. Their return policy including not having to pay for return shipping is definitely reassuring. Their hours 7am-12am ET is a plus. Although the 1st part we ordered did not fix our issue, the 2nd part we ordered did...so far so good!
We so far have not returned the 1st part, as we have been very busy to go through the trouble of returning. Hoping PartSelect can give us a store credit that can be kept on our account so that we can use it for future purchase.

Looked at a floor model dryer at Home Depot for $100 off because it was missing one of the knobs. Checked partsselect.com while at Home Depot, and quickly found the exact part!
So we saved over a hundred dollars. The knob arrived before the dryer was delivered. It fits perfectly! Thank you.
