Part of the struts and supports that hold up our refrigerator shelves broke. In five minutes, through a simple search, I found this site -- where the exploded drawings and illustrations showed me exactly what to buy to replace the broken part. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to fix something that's gone wrong with the inside of their refrigerator.

Ordered a pulley and a belt form partselect, parts fit perfectly, only problem was in getting them here they were delayed by transit companies, no fault of partselect they were shipped quicklly, would order from them again

Ordered 2 moisture sensors for my dryer from the easy to navigate website. Cheaper to order and have shipped than other companies I researched. Order arrived quickly and a how-to was also sent by email for my repair.

The part came quickly. The video on how to install was super helpful. Doubt we could have done it with out that help. When I broke a part in my refrigerator, I called a repair company. That company told me that because my refrigerator was so old (10 yrs old) the part was not available. I immediately found it on this website and watched the video that was included. I bought the part for 40$ and replaced it myself probably saving another 200$. Very impressed!

Insulation arrived in a couple days and was the perfect replacement for the old mouse invested stove insulation.
Replacement completed in time for my wife to use the dough she'd made to bake the cookies. The first attempt was a bit stinky.
