I was searching on line for parts for my dryer and I found PartSelect, price was good, delivery was fast. I installed the part in less than five minutes. I was thrilled.
We were able to research which parts were needed for an older caloric range and a newer gas dryer and part select had both parts at a reasonable price. They were shipped quickly and both parts work great. Very happy.
I ordered three parts for my frig. The parts were very expensive, but two of them fit. The third was a part for a dishwasher that I didn't order. I reached out to their customer service via email (they are not taking calls due to COVID-19) but they did not respond yet.
The the freezer and fresh food compartment gaskets in the 14 year old Frigidaire refrigerator in the house we purchased last year were in bad shape. The partselect.com site made it easy to find parts by brand and model and had well labelled detail diagrams that allowed me to confirm the correct choice. The replacement parts arrived quickly and were exactly the right size and fit. Removal of the old gaskets and replacement with the new gaskets took only about 5 minutes per door. (Nice design, Frigidaire!). We should be able to get a good bit more life out of this refrigerator thanks to PartSelect.
I have been searching for a replacement door flap for my Whirlpool side by side ice maker for ages... lucked up and found your site, placed order and got it in three days... works like a charm.
I ordered one bulb for my refrigerator it came in a very large box with a smaller box inside it The space between the large box and the small box was questioned with air bubble plastic things but the bulb was in the small box with no cushioning of any kind and was allowed to bounce around about a foot in all directions so i when it got to me the bulb wouldn't work
So I ordered three bulbs thinking one of them might make it through the packaging well all three arrived they were package the same way as the first package with plenty of room to bounce around in the small box on the inside and nothing there to stop them but the ball does work and I'm grateful for that and now I have two spare bulbs that I haven't tried but I assume they will work also

I have a GE dishwasher that has been going strong for about 15 years. Occasionally, interior parts wear out. PartSelect has all the replacement parts I need, and the replacement is always easy.

Great website for parts and great help from the service department. Spoke with a woman on the phone before I ordered the parts. She assured me I had the right knobs for my dryer and went ahead and placed my order. I received my order within a couple of days. This person made my experience very pleasant and was very knowledgeable. The control knobs were put on in a minute and my 10yr old dryer was running perfectly.
On two occasions I ordered parts to repair my dryer. Ordering the parts was made easy by the diagram and parts description on the PartSelect site. I found the installation video very helpful as well. I received the parts in only a few days and they looked and fit like the originals. No need to call an appliance repairman.

I had purchased this part elsewhere at a cheaper price only to wait three weeks for delivery and then the part didn't fit properly. It fit, but not the way is should. I ordered an ice maker for a 7 year old frig that was in stock and less expensive than from Whirlpool. It was shipped the following day (Monday) and arrived on Tuesday. It's an original equipment that fit and works perfect.

Well at first i was very skeptical it wasn't going to work. After leaving the gasket out for awhile to uncurl and then putting it on the fridge it proved me wrong and has been working wonderfully eversince. I would definately order again if i ever need a replacement part for any appliance. Beats having to buy a new one that probably has a 1 year delivery time at this point. Pleased with my purchase.
