The part was the right part it was sent the next day that I ordered it. The problem was with the delivery company it took two weeks to be deliver to my door.
This is my second time ordering a part for my 10 year old GE refrigerator from your company. Last year was for a defroster for the freezer that had frosted all over. This time the bottom part of the refrigerator was leaking and after searching YouTube we figured it could be the inlet valve. Once again we purchased from Part Select and followed your instructions on how to replace it. It was super easy and so far your company has helped us twice to save us money on fixing our fridge instead of hiring someone else to fix it. Thank you!
Ordered a microwave door. It came in damaged. I made two attempts to contact customer service with no reply.
There is no store within 15 mins driving distance of my home/office who have the parts i need in stock. The stores which do have stock are closed by the time i get off work anyway. So, ordering parts suits me well. And i dont have to pay an appliance service provider $200 to show up at the office and work on my equipment.
The oven burner was a next to perfect match. After removing the burner from the over, the right connector slide back into the opening and we had to pull the stove from the wall and remove the back of the stove in order to reconnect it. No problem.
I bought the parts I needed. I watched the video's on how to do the repairs that was sent with confirmation on shipment. Was able to fix my washer and buy using the site I realized there was other issues I didn't know was happening. Parts that where broken probably for years. Thank so much for the help and quick shipment of parts. You guys are awesome!

Parts Select sent exactly what I needed to repair my washing machine - and I changed the part all by myself (with a little help from Google/You Tube) Parts Select will be my first "go to" from now on for any and all parts I may need for fix it.
My washer broke and I was unable to locate the proper parts to repair it until I stumbled across partselect. They have easy diagrams to break down all parts. This makes for easy ordering and piece of mind knowing you have all the parts and gaskets you may need for the repair. All around very impressed and thankful.

The parts ordered were exactly what I needed. My only negative comment is that I paid $10 extra for expedited delivery. It took a full 7 days, via FedEx, for the parts to arrive. I feel that time length of time was excessive.
Convenient way to get a hard to get part. It take a long time to get but at least when it arrived it worked.

Ice maker wasn't making hardly an ice. Just can home from a week of vacation. Ice maker did not make any more ice! What is the deal? I am calling you junk sales peeps tomorrow. You might not want to be the peep that I talk to!

The parts were perfect replacements but your video should be updated. Your video shows replacement of the refrigerator door but not the freezer door. The video at Appliance Parts Pros showed changing the freezer door and they make mention there are a couple things different about the freezer door i. E. the electrical for the ice and water dispensers are at the top and the water line for both is at the bottom of the door. I appreciated their more detailed video.
I paid extra to get shipping 2-3 days. The part sat at a facility in Pittston for days. I could not get any information of when it would leave the facility, I tried calling Part Select and was told they are not taking inquiries. I never received the part, I get a message saying it has been sent to some dollar general. Worst experience ever!
