I ordered a part for my dryer. It arrived in 3 days, but it turned out I ordered the wrong part. I ordered the correct part, and asked to return the wrong one. I was emailed a return label and refunded before they even received the part back! Unheard of! I was able to easily replace the part myself and my dryer is back in working order. I highly recommend PartSelect.
We were in need of a part for our dishwasher, said 10-14 days, or something like that... Part arrived in 4!
I ordered the part, an over igniter on a Friday and I had the correct part at my door on Sunday. Easy to place the order and fast shipping.
My wife called three local appliance repair shops and all three told us that the fan for our refrigerator was not available. To my surprise I found the part on partselect.com on my first search. Ordered the part next day delivery. Installation took an hour and fridge was back up and running good as new. Just followed the schematic on the partselect website. Saved buying a new fridge.

The site is so easy to navigate and to find the parts you need by section of the dishwasher. I was still hesitant, so I called and spoke to a rep who confirmed I had the right part and took my order over the phone. Once we opened up the dishwasher, we had to replace a rusted plate and screws before we could put the new soap dispenser in. Again, I went back to the corresponding part section for the dispenser, and everything I needed was right there to order. We had excellent tracking of the parts which came from 3 different places. One part was back ordered and we received multiple emails keeping us apprised of the status until the part finally shipped. Dishwasher is running again and we would only use this seller going forward. Very pleased with the whole experience.
Odered part by model#, was not right dishwaher rack, but it fit and I dont feel like sending back so well use it anyways

My part was ordered on 9/17/2020. Sixteen days later I still haven't received it. It appears to be lost. I'm working with their customer service.
