We needed a drawer slide part that had broken on the deli drawer. I was pleased to find it on this site. I ordered it and it came within five days. Great turn around! Would certainly recommend and use PartSelect again.

A $2.95 part cost $8.00 to ship. And then almost a month later it's still not here. It coming from a city in Florida and being shipped to a city in Florida. And still not here. No way to contact anyone. They give you a website and fake tracking number. BS.

I was able to order the wheels for the bottom rack of the dishwasher. Got it right the first time. Customer service was great.

Order arrive in a timely manner. However, the terminals/ prongs which attach to the terminal block were bent and the clips for the ceramic housing were also bent. When the element was packaged, the tape was allowed to rest on it, therefore, that adhesive residue was transferred to the element. This item was too expensive to be so terribly packaged. I needed the item so I decided to keep it and work with it.

I wanted the model without the ice maker, but it was unavailable. So when I got delivery, I removed the ice maker. I spent hours trying to find a cover. I finally found it on your site & called to confirm. I was sent a picture, confirming the correct part. I ordered it then, & it was delivered the next day!

The dryer knob on my 40 year old gas dryer cracked and came off. I attempted to find a replacement locally and was unsuccessful. I found your site. The part I ordered is not the part I received and I can't get ahold of anyone in the company to tell them it was wrong. "Due to COVID". No way to leave a message so I emailed them and got the same message with still no response!

I received the wrong item that I did not order, I believe it was a pump or something? I put refused on the box and hopefully get a full refund on item?
