Have bought from Avatar a few times with no problems with parts and delivery times. Obviously each consumer will have their own experience. Automotive parts can vary in quality depending what you are willing to pay, Avatar generally has price ranges to chose from for a given part (in my case brake and exhaust) which is a good-thing for the consumer. There online service is excellent and easy to navigate and order. Like 1 2 3 and it's done. Will use them again.

No refound for core, you pay the shipping and they decide after if they pay you or not. No instruction in french for core shipping

Their return policy is terrible. I personally returned the parts back to their distribution center and I still had to wait for weeks for the refund and then they charge 10% restocking fee. I do not recommend this company.

Purolator botched the delivery address and I specifically remember checking it twice before submitting it. So the part took 4 extra days to arrive. Because I was expecting the part to arrive within the next 2 days, I didn't bother getting a courtesy car, and the rule is 48 hours after an incident, I can't get a courtesy car anymore... so I ended up having to take ubers everywhere. This cost me a fortune. I've had a laundry list of issues with Purolator, and have always preferred FedEx. It'd be nice to have some other delivery options.
