Part arrived late, then on install noted latch was cracked it is now on RMA new latch has been ordered hopefully a better experience second time around

Have used your company a couple times parts are great but shipping sucks waiting over a week both times for parts I ordered parts from rockauto the same day I ordered parts from you got the rockauto

I cannot exemplify enough how much you really REALLY need to consider shopping somewhere else. No matter how good the prices might seem, the Customer Service is BRUTAL! It cannot be stated strongly enough about how bad the customer service really is. I placed an order on a Monday, the order was not even picked by Friday of that week. It was finally received by Purolator 8 calendar days after the order. (Keep in mind that PartsAvatar has your money by 2 days after the order). I got a notification from Purolator 10 days after the order that the packaged is damaged too badly for delivery. I emailed PartsAvatar immediately after getting the notification from Purolator and have emailed them a second time, and there is still no response. If you want to waste a bunch of time and loose a pile of money, then deal with these guys. If you want your parts in a timely manner and want to be treated with respect after spending 500 dollars, deal with someone else! The dispute through my bank will take 90 days. They have my money and I still need repairs on my vehicle and have to borrow the money now to get the parts from somewhere else.

Bought 500.00 worth of parts, crappy service right from day one, said will ship 24-48 hrs well it took a week, tried chat it was like talking to a robot, need to return some parts and just a big run around. Take forever to resolve anything because they don't do phone help. All the signs of a shady outfit
