Don't waste your money and time there you will regret your experience, i had to wait 3 weeks for my parts and they didn't haven't shipped yet. Customer service is non existent and the only thing you will have is apologies by email for not having your parts shipped yet.

I ordered from the website, it stated my part was in stock in Mississauga, so I placed my order. ETA was 6 days
It did NOT ship from this location. It was shipped from Edmonton!
And as a result did not even ship out until 6 days later making the Eta 10 days after order.
Going by site info I arranged for the work to be done with the mechanic.
To my dismay the part did not arrive when it was supposed to and caused issues for the repair.
Other then that the price was great! I may purchase other parts BUT will not use their shipping. As I found it to be unreliable.

Ordered parts online. Payment made online with credit card, and credit card was charged at time order was placed. All parts were said to be in stock and website says parts ship in 4 to 24 hours.
2 weeks later the parts have still not been shipped. I have asked several times if they have shipped and keep getting told to wait.
Asked for a refund and was told to wait for my parts.
Now going through the credit company to get my money back.

Exhaust parts arrived quickly. I had to bend the mounting brackets because the tail pipe was pushing against the bumper.Not hard to do, but it was supposed to be direct fit.

Not pleased with return policy. Was charged a hefty "restocking fee" and some kind of tax,,, Returned item because it arrived with instructions of being unreturnable if bag seal it came in was opened. Was not told that when purchased. Did not want to take a chance so returned it at my cost. The extra costs are nothing but a money grab by Parts Avatar, BOOOOO... Amazon has a much better return policy and they continue to get my service. Parts Avatar could learn something from Amazon.

I ordered front brakes for my VW. When the parts showed up the pads were incorrect. I had ordered parts for a 4wd model accidentally. I have a lot of experience with parts catalogs but found partsavatars catalog misleading and hard to follow. I had to return the parts at my own expense.
