Although the product was correct for the Nissan SUV. The manufacturers did not put tape/glue on the corners. Unfortunately all 4 got damaged due to the window catching. I bought 3M double sided tape to improve the situation. Worked well but product has a few cracked points because of manufacture lack of using tape.
I ordered parts that show in stock. Nothing has even shipped yet. My other parts have already arrived from a competitor.
There online chat was no help. Wont even tell me when they will ship. BUT>>> I CANT CANCEL THE ORDER. Terrible service!

The parts I ordered were delivered in a reasonable time and the people on the live chat were very helpful. The parts were shipped in a box without any packing material. Luckily they were not damaged even though they were very loose in the box. I would suggest they ship in a box with enough bubble wrap that they have less chance of being damaged in transport. Otherwise the parts were the correct ones and I saved literally thousands compared to what the dealership charges for the parts. They look to be good quality and I will see how long they will last.

I ordered a part specifically for my vehicle and when it came, about 2 weeks, i couldnt not install it due to the wrong fitment (it is supposed to be 3M tape but mine came with screws and fasteners). Contacted the customer service and they said I have selected the wrong part and when I showed the proof that the website confirmed my vehicle, they said the part is not available for my concerned vehicle and now i cannot return it due to their policy (parts cannot be returned if installation was done by any means). They are not paying for the return fee as well. Do not buy from this website!

Buyer Beware - they will not honor manufacturers warranty and after they admit the parts are inferior and that is why they failed want me to purchase the same inferior parts to get a refund on the failed one - THEY ALSO STILL HAVE MY FAULTY PART and I paid to get it to them paid the mechanic to remove it and I am out of pocket for all that. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Order was only partially filled, one part was not avalible, only found after after the order was placed. One of the parts that arrived(brake caliper) was a rebuild but was not usable, leaked fluid.

So they don't paye the core deposit return shipping and the value of the core deposit is less than the shipping cost, how in the world does that make sense. Why would anyone want to pay more money to return a core to them lol? Come on this is nuts, I might as well sell it for 5$ to any pawnshop near me. My core is also functional and it great condition, they could literally resell it for 300$ just by cleaning it up but they wont pay 60$ shipping... nice stuff.
