Stay away from this company, the customer service is a joke like the company itself, they just want your money. I ordered a part for my car on their website after checking the car fitment but to be sure before paying for it I had a chat with one of their agent and he confirmed that was the right part fit for my car model. As matter of fact the part was wrong and did not fit my car, so I sent an email to customer service and returns telling that I was going to return it as the part was wrong and one of their so called "agents" told me to follow the instructions on the web site for returns. I followed all the instructions and sent back to them with Canada Post at the cost of $21.38 from my pocket, after 4 days that they had received the part still i didn't get any refund yet they keep telling me, by emails as they do not have a phone number, that I had to wait for the refund as they have to investigate the case so in order not to loose my money I contacted PayPal, that was my method of payment, and right away they got my money back. Now the problem I have with this "Mickey Mouse" company is that they are refusing to pay me back the $21.38 that I spent to send back the part even though they posted a wrong part on their web site and a customer service agent confirmed with me that the wrong part was a good fit for my car. This is one of the worst company that I dealt with and the customer service are trained to take your money any way they can and I bet if I hadn't contacted PayPal for a refund probably they were going to keep the money I paid for the part with some twisted excuse. Avoid this company!

Bought brake calipers - prices were on a par with Rock Auto but the return cost for the core parts was crazy... I had to send from BC to Ontario and the cost of postage was more than the core charge so the parts cost $100 more than I expected!

I'm not sure how these guys have such good reviews. Terrible customer service and extremely slow delivery. I ordered parts the same day from a competitor, and I already have the parts, these guys haven't even shipped yet. Nothing is ready (air and oil filter, spark plugs) and they won't let me cancel, even though nothing is even ready to ship.

Originally, I gave a 3 but I am giving them 4 stars. My order was finally updated with the carrier and looks like its going to all get here on time. I'm not sure why I couldn't get answers but I'm happy it's going to get here in time for my appt.

Be aware. Make sure and triple make sure you have bought the correct part. DO NOT follow any advice from a Parts Avatar representative via the site chat. Before buying a part for my car, I spoke to a Rep and after a lot of exhausting questions told me the part I needed. I was unsure but took his expert advice. He told me no problem just return the part if not correct. Day later while still a work in progress I proceeded to cancel the order and purchase what I thought was the correct part, only to be told by another Chat Rep. No leave it to go through as correct part. Well guess what it was the wrong part. After fluffing me off for over 5 days. I got an Email stating "I" had purchased the wrong part and "This" is the part you should have ordered. Really? So $60 later and 15% Re-Stock fee, Lets see if they are so quick paying me back?

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we checked the details and the case was already escalated just after you had contacted the online support to get the issue resolved, our return policy clearly states that we are unable to get the return shipping cost reimbursed. But you returned the part on your own after your case was escalated. The full refund for your order was already processed from our end. As far as the return shipping cost is concerned, our online system can only enable us to get a prepaid return shipping label to return the item at no extra cost. This case for already escalated & under investigation. A return label was also approved but just then we found that you've already shipped back the part.
Our online system doesn't allow us to process refund transactions for any value more than the amount the user has paid. However, our team has offered you a discount on your next order.
