Place your order somewhere else if you want your part! Raided my account twice for a part that was ordered 4 days ago. Live chat told me 3 times the part would be shipped within 24 hours but still nothing.

Ordered parts, was missing one gasket. After 10 days and multiple emails/chats asking for updates on replacement part to be sent. Was told I would get a refund and not get my part resent like I had been asking for all along. The part is still in stock. Response times to questions are stated as being 12-24 hours, which is never the case. It's more the 3-4 days even though Sales Agent "promise" to have an update. Anytime you do get to talk to someone they make false promises and lip service about looking into the issue. I understand that mistakes happen when picking parts, but to get no help with service after the fact that is the problem.

My first order with Parts Avatar was great, good service parts delivered on time, good prices etc.
My recent orders have not met that same standard.
First, the order of a couple of lower control arms was over a week late, resulting in shop charges due to missed appointment. During this delay I spoke multiple times with the "live" agents, which provided no help.
Then, I figured maybe it was just a blip and decided to try another order.
On this order, i received an email that the 2 outer tie rods were unavailable and would be back ordered for 3-4 weeks and i could request a refund for these parts if i desired. No big deal, this happens sometimes, so within an hour of receiving this email, I requested a refund and ordered the parts from another company.
Ignoring my request for refund, the parts were resourced, and shipped to me.
They were not the brand or quality of parts I ordered originally. So now its on me to try to navigate the return, with the "help" of the "live agents.
To top it all off when I brought my vehicle in the shop to replace the CV axles, the part that was ordered was incorrect and was for an automatic vehicle and not a standard, despite the fact that I had entered all this in the vehicle description tool and the part was listed for my vehicle setup. Again, leading to shop charges and delays in getting my vehicle back on the road.
Im still waiting (2 days) for confirmation that they will accept the return, and the company has also declined to expedite the correct parts to me, so i continue to pay shop charges as my car ties up a bay in their shop, while i wait the "5-8 business days" for them to ship me the correct part.
All in all when there are no concerns, this company was decent to deal with, but the inability to speak with anyone personally and the unwillingness of the company representatives to work out a reasonable path forward is the reason for my one star review.

Not a good first time ordering experience. Was recommended a linc to brake parts kits that I was assured would fit my SanteFe. The back brakes were a perfect fit, however the front brake pads were too thick (likely for a four wheel drive). Since the car was jacked, and old rotors and pads had been removed, and as it was a Sunday, we were forced to purchase the proper pads from a local big box retailer in order to complete the brake job. Chat line agent told me he would look into this and contact by email within 36 hours... That was over a week ago, and still no resolve. Wish my first ordering through Partsavatar had a better result:(
UPDATE: after reply by customer rep team a resolve was made to my satisfaction, from the errors made on my original purchase. I will revise my review and hope all goes much more smoothly on future purchases. Hoping that more care is taken in insuring proper brake pads when purchasing a Rotor and Pad kit combo :)

I ordered 1 oxygen sensor, received 2 and was charged for both of them even after I talked with the customer service they said they will fix the order, send one and refund me for the other one but I never received the refund.
