First time from my three previous orders from avatarparts really disappointed with a unrespectable customer service from shipping department by name Alex M.(I waiting 18 days from the day I order the parts, Still not tracking number till today)
I order for my car front rotors and brake pads October 10,2023 filter it make sure it's in stock(should be delivered by the end of this week October 14). Next day I got a message from the shipping department with the name Alex M. He told me the parts (rotors only) will be delayed 1–4 weeks(*******). And ask me what I wanna do cancelled or wait. Ask him to explain what the reason for delayed,?. No explanation or email for another two days. On the third day, ask him if he can send me another rotors ASAP because I make appointment October 15 with mechanic. No answer till next week. Next week oct 18 morning, he sent me the part (*******R)which is he be able to send it to me ask my confirmation, I'm confirm right away( ask him if it's gonna fit on my car.) next morning Oct. 19 he asked me to send it with the number I send it right away. Next morning, October 20 he send a message with appreciation and blah blah blah, but nothing specific no tracking number no the timeline the time when it's going to be send it. Next morning I send a message and ask him and I don't need his blah blah blah. I needed action tracking number,time when is my part will be a arrival. And he is gone for another 23 days no messages. After three days send a message to him and ask him Where is my part he answered right away his team working on that. Today October 26 still has no shipping time/tracking number /or any adequate answer.
Do not buy parts from this company they sell you parts with warranty and when the parts fail they do not cover it because they say it's a used part and I only put about ******* kms on the parts

$#*!ty control arms with one year warranty and top of everything they wanted me to buy more parts so I can send in the defective ones and then they would determine if the part is defective so they wouldn't cover the defective ones but would get to more money out me so I would of bought them and replace in 7-8 months because and not be covered again

I had a great experience with this company. The only feedback I have is that when I ordered, I got an email stating they received my order and would email me when the parts were shipped. My brakes were steel on steel so I was patiently waiting for that email which I did not receive so I called back to cancel because I needed them right away and was told they would be here, within 24 hours. I would have liked to have gotten a confirmation that the items had been shipped but regardless, I got them and they're good quality!

After ordering parts, they arrived on time. All the packing of the parts was damaged, had writing on it, extra tape. Their warranty states that any of those issues would result in a return being denied. It seems ridiculous that they would ship items in packages of that condition if their return policy was so strict.
Dealing with their support team has been a nightmare. They seem to only have a small script of pre canned responses. Any questions the slightest bit out of the ordinary has resulted in long delays and responses that don't come close to answering the question. Overall pretty dissatisfied with the support.

I ordered a windshield wiper transmission. They sent the wrong part in a destroyed box. I threw the box out and didn't realize they had sent the wrong part until several days ago once I had taken my car apart to do the replacement. I asked Parts Avatar to send the correct part and they refuse. Additionally, they are demanding a 30% restocking fee because I don't have the box for the wrong part. Meanwhile, after numerous email requests and online chat, they have my money, they have my part, and they refuse to do anything remotely resembling decent business practices. And I have no windshield wipers on my car. I've asked several times to speak to a manager or supervisor, and they flatly refuse. Their profits must be pretty impressive if they can afford so many negative reviews. I wish I'd read these reviews before trying this company.

Ordering from Parts Avatar is much better than other websites. This is because of the detailed search option that they have. Most websites have filtered down to a 2014 Jetta, or 2014 Jetta SOHC, but Parts Avatar had much more specific search results which made using their website much easier.
