Parts under $100 say QUALIFIES for free shipping...you have to pay. Your lying...you need to say for example if the part is $70 "Add $30 more to your order for free shipping"...

Extremely disappointed with customer service/ handling of wrongfully sent part.
Ordered set of front Bremo rotors for my Audi S4. They are directional, Left and Right wheel. I received 2 right rotors instead of Left and Right. Car was at mechanic shop and old rotors were not usable after track day. So had my mechanic install the new Bremo rotors installed, even though Left front is now backwards (cooling veins).
Contacted parts avatart customer service Right a way and was told to drop off the wrong part at their Mississauga office for a refund. I live in Edmonton. How in the world makes any sense. And I told them rotor had to be installed, and the partsavar has to eat the cost of sending me the correct part as they didn't in the 1st place. I'm paying for my mechanic to remove and install. I eat that cost. Partsavar can't eat the cost of their own mistake. Not my problem. After wasting hours of texting with so called live agents got to no where
Just telling me that I can order the correct part and them providing me with link. These ppl have lost their minds completely. They expect me to eat all the cost and then order from them again. Complete joke.
Stay away from this seller. Super poor and run around customer service. Don't expect to get anything back and as a customer it's your fault for ordering and them shipping you the wrong part. Right. So they send you link to order the correct part so they can ship you the wrong part again

I definitely like the website and how it's laid out, makes it easy to navigate for different parts. I also like how there are discount options epically because all the parts for my car are super expensive (300) for each part;( but one thing that I can see that would be able to improve is the shipping time. Granted it not bad but I feel there are still some room to improve. Overall quite happy with my experience

Firstly my order was delayed by 4-6 weeks and then they said they will expedite it. No contact since then, I contacted them after 3 weeks to know that the order has been cancelled. They are not even offering a compensation for the misinformation, delay and waste of time.
If would have not followed up my money would have been lost.

Mes recherches portaient sur des pièces de rechange appropriées de bonnes qualités à un coût abordable et c'est ce qu'on peut trouver sur ce site. Les offres sont variées et bien répertoriées, de plus les frais d'expédition peuvent être évités si on rejoint le critère de prix. Il faut bien faire attention de s'assurer de la compatibilité des pièces avec le véhicule concerné avant de commander car même si le site indique comme compatible il peut y avoir des différences. Vous ne recevrez pas votre commande en 1 ou 2 jours il faut donc prévoir un peu de temps pour l'expédition qui n'est pas des plus rapides. Dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfait et je recommande ce site.

Place your order somewhere else if you want your part! Raided my account twice for a part that was ordered 4 days ago. Live chat told me 3 times the part would be shipped within 24 hours but still nothing.
