I ordered an exhaust pipe and the product is great. The only small problem was that the shipping label was glued right oto the pipe and almost impossible to remove and left a residue. Now the exhaust gives a burning smell, which I think will just temporary.

Sent the wrong part that doesn't fit... even though there website says it does. This happened twice, an takes about a month for you to get your money back. 2 weeks for them to get said part another 3-5 business days, if your lucky, for then to investigate, then roughly a week to get your refund... tried a 2nd chance, will never order from here again... part in picture is crank pulley, ¼ inch bigger an belt won't fit, suppose to be "oem"

After maybe aprox. 2000 km, car (Toyota) started to shake when braking around 50 or 60 km/h. At other speeds did not but always grinding noise was present using the brand new ceramic pads. Once I replaced them with Akebono brand all good. The brand Akebono for rotors for my car is not available at Parts Avatar. Too bad. I did not keep the original boxes of the 2 rotors so I lost all money because warranty can not be honoured.

I was shopping for brakes/rotors for 2 vechiles. The site was able to find the parts but I had to keep switching back to the car selection to check that it was the correct part for the vechile I was researching

Purchased an O2 sensor for my wife's 2010 RAV4. It was a Bosch O2 sensor and it lasted a year and a half before I got a fault reading. Now I'm putting in my second O2 sensor and I change brand name hoping for a better result

Online ordering was ok. Autoparts vehicle application was a little unclear as to submodel fitment but worked out ok. Order placed on 28Oct2023. Delivery promised 29 oct to 02 nov. Arrived in good condition on 02nov. Parts were name brand and correct. Bosch blueline brake pads were described as premium but are actually basic replacement.

Did there RMA warranty which requires you to buy another one and i sent the faulty one back in their box.
Well the replacement was faulty too So thought it was cars charging system but all was good

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
