I purchased brand new complete strut assembly's for my Ford Edge. They arrived fairly quickly but were defective. The strut tops were not assembled correctly which caused the bearing to bind and pop when turning. I had to pay an additional 1000 dollars to repair and now Parts Avatar will not refund. I normally don't leave reviews however people need to know that your buying very low quality parts and that Parts Avatar won't stand behind there product. You are better off spending more money and going to anywhere else. Be warned!

Like the title said, I needed a muffler for my Nissan Versa. The price was way cheaper than most sites, and about 30$ cheaper than the next one. The shipping was fast enough, about 3-4 days, and as it was originally planned. I'm totally satisfied from this first buy. I'll always look here when I need some car parts.

The part was the right fit and works well it was just a little pricey especially after shipping it almost doubled In price. For a small plastic item it shouldn't cost so much.

Ordered a starter for my truck. It arrived at my doorstep in a couple of days. Very easy ordering, good selection of parts and vendors. Once the starter was installed I returned the old starter in person to Brampton for the core deposit. Smooth transaction. Only difficulty was finding the storefront, but I think the website and the store have better signage now with directions to the storefront.

I ordered an exhaust pipe and the product is great. The only small problem was that the shipping label was glued right oto the pipe and almost impossible to remove and left a residue. Now the exhaust gives a burning smell, which I think will just temporary.
