All the parts were received and worked. The issues started when the packaging for all the parts arrived damaged. Their return policy states no packaging can be damaged, written on, or have extra tape (if there is, the refund will be denied). Every single box I received had writing, extra tape, or damaged cardboard. I emailed pictures showing the damaged packaging and it took about 8 emails until they finally accepted that IF i needed to return something, it would be accepted in the damaged packaging.
Later, after sending back my core return, I waited the listed 5-10 business days to receive my refund. After not receiving the funds I once again contacted the horrible support. They kept saying "our team is working on it, you'll get paid soon" however no refund arrived. Nobody could give me a firm date on my refund and the agents were of no help. Their support needs a massive overhaul - processing a core return should not be this difficult or painful.

And I was told that my item was allocated and be ready to ship within 48 hours. How does my parcel arrive from the United States vendor before the Canadian vendor has even processed for shipping. I ordered the parts on the 10th and they showed up on the 15 even after a long weekend. The box was a bit beat up but I think that is more from Purolator. Over all I'm quite happy with Parts Avatar, never had a problem.
