Review your product listings & descriptions:
Twice I have been misled by the product descriptions, if the product is for ONE COMPONENT PLEASE MALE CERTAIN TJAT IS PERFECTLY CLEAR. Don't show two components and use the words " kit" to describe your product. In the auto repair world a "kit" tells us, order the kit and we have what we will need to FULLY COMPLETE THE REPAIR. ALSO THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SHOWS TWO PARTS MAKING UP THE "KIT" which makes sense to us as repair techs, if we're replacing one component and the vehicle has two of the same it just makes sense to us to prefer the "kit" and replace the component on both sides of the vehicle RIGHT! So we order the KIT, when it arrives in its part box, there's only one part but the box clearly indicates there should be two in the box. This my friends in very maddening and disappointing, BECAUSE, the customer is now inconvenienced and our repair shop gets behind on repairs, and we have to deal and take care of our customer. That said this is not the first time this has happened to us from Avatar, getting caught up in part listing misrepresentation! You have got to get this RIGHT AVATAR, in our business of auto repair and service,time is money! And we too do NOT WISH TO INCONVENIENCE OUR CLIENTS. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS SHOULD CLEARLY STATE A SINGLE PART OR A PAIR OR SET OR KIT AND BE CORRECT NOT A PLAY ON WORDS TO CAUSE INTERRUPTIONS TO SERVICE AT OUR END. THIS IS NOT OUR FORST RODEO GUYS 44 years in the auto repair business! Thank You for listening and my hope is that you will take reviewing every part listing description of the products before posting them to your site. ALL THE BEST NMJ
