I was excited when I got the part but only after removing the old one did I see that the plugs were different. Useless. Even though I know I ordered the correct fan.
So after a difficult hunt I found the requirements to return the item (very complicated) now over a week ago and I am still waiting for confirmation of delivery and a refund.

Disgusting buy this company, I tried more than once to talk to someone about this but I got nothing.
I had the right car info in yet the rotors where not the right size they were for the 4.0 engine and I had the 3.7 engine on the system

I order a part it was the rong one no problem mistakes happen I paid 82 dollars for the part and parts avatar send me my refund back with only 62 dollars

The part that I ordered did not fit the vehicle, even though it was a "guaranteed fit".
When I tried to return the part I was given an RMA right away, which was great, but I was expected to pay the return shipping. This is where the disappointment came in.
There is no way to speak with a person in customer service. Everything is done via chat. Problem is, the customer service people sign on and off, changing mid conversation, requiring you to go through the entire explanation over and over. What could have been sorted out in a 15 min phone call took and hour and a half of chatting, resulting in a high level of frustration.
The issue was eventually sorted out to my satisfaction after several days of going back and forth and shipping was paid for by Parts Avatar so that part was good. I want to buy Canadian, but if this is what I have to go through, I'm not sure it's worth it.

Ordered a wheel hub to install over the weekend. The item did not even ship for the first several days and arrived in the middle of the next week. A detailed shipping estimate should be provided before I purchase. I had other options with faster shipping for an extra ~$10. Not sure I would buy here again.

Your order was placed on 11 Nov and it was delivered to your address on 17 Nov 2020. The order was delivered to you well within the time limit.

They modify the contain of you order without any notification. One part out of 10 ordered was not availale. Insted of letting me know, so that i can either chose from and other manufacturer or, cancel the whole order. Insted, they sent you whatever they have and, you discover it later on, when parts are allready shipped.

The remaining strut assembly was shipped from our warehouse well on time but the delay caused on the carrier end. We raised this issue with the carrier to make sure none of our customers faces this again.
