I order a part it was the rong one no problem mistakes happen I paid 82 dollars for the part and parts avatar send me my refund back with only 62 dollars

The part that I ordered did not fit the vehicle, even though it was a "guaranteed fit".
When I tried to return the part I was given an RMA right away, which was great, but I was expected to pay the return shipping. This is where the disappointment came in.
There is no way to speak with a person in customer service. Everything is done via chat. Problem is, the customer service people sign on and off, changing mid conversation, requiring you to go through the entire explanation over and over. What could have been sorted out in a 15 min phone call took and hour and a half of chatting, resulting in a high level of frustration.
The issue was eventually sorted out to my satisfaction after several days of going back and forth and shipping was paid for by Parts Avatar so that part was good. I want to buy Canadian, but if this is what I have to go through, I'm not sure it's worth it.

Ordered a wheel hub to install over the weekend. The item did not even ship for the first several days and arrived in the middle of the next week. A detailed shipping estimate should be provided before I purchase. I had other options with faster shipping for an extra ~$10. Not sure I would buy here again.

They modify the contain of you order without any notification. One part out of 10 ordered was not availale. Insted of letting me know, so that i can either chose from and other manufacturer or, cancel the whole order. Insted, they sent you whatever they have and, you discover it later on, when parts are allready shipped.

The remaining strut assembly was shipped from our warehouse well on time but the delay caused on the carrier end. This is a very unprofessional company of just putting live chat to impress but basically they dont solve anything if you request them to help.
They will all promise you something but actually they dont do anything.
After 24 hours of ordering a small wiper they told me to wait for 3 more hours
Finally when I told them to cancel the order the guy told me that I cannot cancel the order because its been processed.
I finally threatened them to talk to the Manager & put a complaint against their company & my order was processed in 10 mins.

I would never suggest anyone to order anything from this company.

I have saved all chats by email.
This was a horrible experience for me

Do not deal with this company. Read reviews before buying. Ordered struts and shocks for my car first time online never again to save couple hundred dollars and end up costing my time and money as they use excuse of covid for not answering phones. Got them put on at NAPA and they warned me don't buy from partsavatar. My car bounces around like a trampoline not even genuine Monroe parts have proof they are scammers send used defect parts and prey on first time customers. They asked me to reorder and pay for it and send them old parts and they will refund. NOT! Seen reviews they don't send refund for months and they think they should be trusted. Have taken the loss but it's time to take them to court as they continue scamming people and shut them down. Do not buy from this company!

I don't know how this outfit is still in business. Bought struts from them. Ordered all four for my car. The front two were fine. The rear ones were to be identical struts. The numbers ordered were the same. When I received them they were totally different. I got ahold of parts avatar on there chat line through their website. I sent them pictures showing all the differences. The one that was totally different from the ones I removed from the car and the proper one they sent, I was told to have my mechanic make it work!
Real classy outfit!

Parts Avatar has by far the worst after-sales service I have ever had the misfortune to experience...

I ordered over $800 worth of parts, and I had one missing part (brake pad cables) worth around $10. I contacted them 7-8 times by email, 5-6 times on live chat, and 2-3 by telephone trying to resolve, but they just advised it had been passed to their "High Priority Team" and I should wait for a response.

Despite chasing weekly, wait is all I could do. After ONE MONTH (!) I finally got a reply saying they are unable to assist (with a $10 missing part on a $800 order!) at all, and because the 30 days return window had now closed I could not return the one item that had a part missing ($25 part from an $800 order)...

I advised that the only reason the returns window had closed as I had been waiting for them to reply for over a month, despite chasing them weekly. They just advised they could not help.

I had placed three orders with them over the past year totalling around $1,300. And they would not replace a missing part (their fault, not mine!) worth $10?

So, like mant other people leaving their reviews here, Parts Avatar have lost another customer. I'd likely spend at least $1,000 a year on parts, and they've lost me for the sake of saving themselves $10. I just don't understand their logic.

And seeing the reviews here, it seems I'm not alone.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! There are far superior suppliers out there who might actually value you as a customer. Use any other company, even if it's a touch more expensive - it'll be worth it!

After I purchased some parts for my Ford, couple of weeks later I needed to purchase another part (same as one from previous purchase).
I found somewhere else 80% less the same exact part and brand, and Partsavatar refused to match the price with either previous purchase or the next one if I was going to make one. They DON'T HAVE PHONE NUMBERS. Only live chat.
The live agent refuses to give me a number of manager (which I truly doubt they have a manger).
And then you now the random "sorry for inconvenience" bull$#*! was repeated over and over... and at the end VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
So, no more Partsavatar.com... EVER.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Ordered a power steering pressure line recieved a return line wrong part. Contacted their (supposed) customer service same day. Sent photo of wrong part recieved. Took the a week to send return authorization then they refunded the part but refused to refund the shipping cost. Had I ordered the wrong part I could accept this but they sent the wrong part. Their own policy states 100% refund if it is the companies error if not the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Guess that's a crock.
Do not order from them they will try anything g to avoid living up to their own policy.

Avoid at all cost

Do not shop here. Confirmation of orders is supposed to take 4 to 24 hours. It took them over 2 days to confirm my order and I was not allowed to cancel my order after the 24 hour period had passed. At that point, PartsAvatar was still not able to confirm my order. The only resolution that PartsAvatar could offer was for me to return the order that was not even confirmed yet, pay return shipping and face a restocking fee for an order that was not even confirmed yet. This is clearly unacceptable and a gangster-like business practice. Customer service also lied to me; they said that my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number told me that the order hadn't even been picked by Canada Post as the package would have been scanned immediately. All they did was print a shipping label and then lied to me when they told me that the order was shipped. You will receive much better service at Rock Auto and you will get your parts faster and usually cheaper. My experience with PartsAvatar was so bad that I will never do business with them again. DO NOT SHOP AT PartsAvatar!

Don't ever order from this company! Took them 2 months to send my parts, when they arrived they were in horrible shape. I requested a return with full refund, followed all of their instructions and still only got a partial refund. Even though I returned all parts to them. Brutal company!

Worst service in India.

This is a pathetic company. Salary not in time. If company net is finished than u have to do the work connecting with ur own mobile. That's bull$#*!. No company do this. No insentives. After 1 or 2 years u will be fired from the company. The owner of the company in India doesn't know how to run the company.He has made office a fish market. In India in pathankot they have a room in which work is done. So guys take a look before going for interview.
