You cannot contact them by phone and customer service is a joke don't take a chance with this company

Looks like No refund of tax or shipping. Rock Auto refunds Both, so that is where I will be doing most of My shopping..

Really like the product and delivery - however the pipe/muffler had all kinds of stickers on it - and also the documentation for shipment taped all around it and such. To remove this took more than an hour - as I didn't want all kinds of plastic melting on the exhaust pipe
I didn't receive my order and they could not care less. They keep throwing the cause of it on the delivery carrier and not taking any actiong. No customer service. Use autozone if you can just reship it to Canada at this point. Not worth the hustle.
They where great, find the right part for my truck. Fast shipping, secured packaged.
