Delivery of part very prompt and as described. Fit up very good. Returned my old core for refund and over 2 weeks later have not heard anything back from them. Parts tracking indicates that they received it well over a week ago. Wait and see I guess.

All went well. The price was reasonable. At the same time I ordered similar products three days later after I had put my orders in and received my parts from the US quicker even through customs with Rock Auto.

I ordered both front axles for my 2006 VW Jetta Diesel and used there online computer parts finder which sent axles for a Gas Jetta. They would not take ANY responsibility for their mistake and I'am now out $46.00 return shipping and a LOT OF INCONVENIENCE! " So beware of their computer accuracy. Would NOT RECOMMEND this option to anybody. Be aware Customer's service does not have any knowledge and if you need to talk to anybody to solve the problem it is just impossible. Return policy is the worst I ever had. If they take your money you ll never get the full refund back. They withhold 15% and it does not matter if it is their fault. With all the rules today their excuse is covid. No money back. Go to part source, go to amazon. This store sucks.

Order exhaust, delivered to my house without any packing... just bare exhaust... WOW!
Not even tried to protect my order.
Fun part is now begin.
I actually dropped off this part to their warehouse, because it has dent, ding, and etc. resulted of no packing, they charge 15% restocking fee. Their AD saying 100% full refund... bullsxxt!
Sent email, no response. Just go local auot part store if you want no hassle!
Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
