Ordered a part and trusted their online tool but part was wrong and now after 3 weeks later im still waiting for my money to be credited.
Also they do not allow you to phone and talk to them

Parts are seemingly good quality and priced well but order was placed on the 16th and parts only arrived on the 27. I believe they shipped on the 23rd.
Given that i believe im correct that PA says that they ship within 48 hours i was a bit disappointed.

I tried ordering with the 4 payment option from sezzle- it went thru on sezzle but not thru parts avatar so I got charged but I had no order made which was frustrating.
I ended up spending a few days clearing that up with a bank and sezzle and then reordered without sezzle and order went through okay. Arrived quickly.

I'm glad Parts Avatar pops up on my lap browser while I was online. I thought having an account with my local auto parts store will give me a big discounts, but Parts Avatar exceeded. Parts Avatar is more cheaper and the online customer service is very kind and professional. Delivery time is not bad but I wish that it could be a little bit faster but overall, I am super happy for the money I saved and my experiences with the customer support.
