Caveat Emptor
July 18, 2021

My experience is similar to Complete Scam's review. My wife and I planned a European vacation beginning with a departure from Miami international, which meant a 3+ hour drive from home. Therefore, we booked 2 nights at an airport hotel, Staybridge Suites at MIA, which anticipated an overnight stay upon our return to the US. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short.

In a word we were advised by the hotel to contact Park Sleep Fly (PSF) for any changes, or otherwise make a new reservation, and we were also advised by PSF to contact the hotel for changes.

Despite the uncertainties with the hotel and PSF, added to airline rebooking challenges, we flew back to MIA, retrieved the car at the hotel, and drove home through the rain.

Live and learn!

I booked a room via their website to include parking for 5 days. When I get to the hotel, they had no record of my reservation or stay. I tried calling parksleepfly.com but they don't have a customer service number. Apparently their customer service representatives are available until 8pm, 7 days a week. I emailed them because that is the only way to get a hold of someone. I emailed them around 7pm but I got no response. I had to drive over an hour to find another hotel room the same night. They never reached back out to me. I lost my money. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Ughhh..

Rip off company!
May 16, 2021

This company charged more than the hotel price. I've just checked into the Best Western and park sleep fly charged me 110.00 plus their 22.00 for the booking. The front desk said their nightly rate is a lot less snd upon checking I see it's priced at 65.00. Don't use this company.

Refund Nightmare
July 17, 2020

Agreed to a full refund for cancellation. Claimed "check was in the mail" and gave no additional information to enable a trace from the post office when check never showed up. Painful lesson learned.

I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Their lobby furniture are disgusting and smelly. I booked a non-smoking room an hour prior to getting off my flight to Detroit. When I get to the hotel, I was told that I booked 2 separate rooms. I disputed but they didn't reimbursed my money. So I called my bank to do the dispute. The room was filled with a smoke smell so I asked if I can move to the other room they said I reserved, it was the same. I really need to rest so I bear with the smell and the mess. Their phone number is *******322. The front desk and the online reservation have the same number but if you have a complain or dispute they'll say, they don't have anything to do with each other.

COMPLETE SCAM!
March 17, 2020

We purchased a 17 day park and fly. Well, we got caught in the COVID 19 nightmare and had to fly back from Europe after 3 days. There is no way to contact this sham company other than filling out a "request" to speak with someone. Guess what? It is now 5 days later, we are back in the USA and still no word other than "we are experiencing high volume of requests". Fortunately Hilton has never done me wrong and they made things right on the back end. This company needs to go bankrupt to save the public!

Advertised "free cancelation" for the hotel stay and park I booked, then immediately sent me to a third party hotel site that did not give me free cancelation but was non refundable. If you see "free cancelation", do not believe it. Their explanation? It was not free for the dates I picked' and I should have looked to see their description of the hotel's reservation conditions for my dates' were false. Yeah, they blamed me. The hotel refunded me my money but this outfit wanted their $5 from me. All I can say is wow, what a businesspractice - mislead a customer and then blame them.

So we made a reservation in November 2019. We have used them all the time. However our last two experiences have been awful. The latest one had to do with the hotel not having shuttle service anymore. Their justification is that if you save your receipts you will be reimbursed for using a taxi or uber. You would think that Parksleepfly would assure all the hotels they are promoting be in compliance. However it is now 12. 21. 19 and we have received no reimbursement. And this is the response I received from Parksleepfly

Hello,

We are sorry to learn of your recent experience at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Sacramento.

Although we are a reservation service for the hotel, we are not involved in their daily operations. However, please be assured that we have been in contact with the hotel's management regarding your concerns and were assured they would be refunding $40.00 for your inconvenience. We have forwarded your email to the hotel's management and have asked them to follow-up with you directly.

We appreciate your taking the time to let us know of your concerns. It is only through your feedback that we become aware if we are meeting the needs of our customers, and whether our hotel partners are also meeting those expectations. We do offer reservations at other hotels in that area, and we hope you will try our service again for a future trip.

Sincerely,

Jeff
ParkSleepFly.com

So if you do book through them be sure to call hotel first to see if they provide shuttle service and the hours they run. Because our previous trip on our way back our flight was delayed and they no longer had their shuttle service available so we had to rent a taxi. Just be sure to inform yourself.

Not safe
March 4, 2019

I will NEVER use parksleepfly again. The ads for parksleepfly all say it is safe. It is not. I booked and paid to park my car at the PDX Ramada for 3 weeks while I flew to Thailand. When I came back the passenger side window was broken and my brand new $350 stereo stolen. The hotel would do nothing, stating it was a problem in Portland. So I was out $250 for the window and another $300 for the stereo. So when they say it is safe - NO it is not.

I will NEVER use ParkSleepFly.com again. The hotel staff told me that I was overcharged because we only had 1 vehicle and we didn't have to pay for the Sleep & Fly fee for both rooms, just for 1 room and the other room should have been standard price. Additionally, ParkSleepFly.com customer service is TERRIBLE; it was hard to find an acceptable answer to my question and it was really hard for the hotel staff to find my reservation when I tried to call them regarding a late arrival. At some point I was very worried because it sounded like we did not have a hotel reservation and it was almost time to go on vacation but they finally found it after multiple phone calls and being transferred around. The only good thing about the website is that they help you to find hotels that offer Sleep & Fly to compare their prices but expect to pay higher prices if you book through them.

Booked a reservation for my daughter in Jacksonville airport as she had a very early flight. When she arrived at midnight the clerk said there was no record of her reservation and said the hotel was booked even though we had the confirmation number. Every hotel in the area was booked and she had to drive around to find a hotel which charged her a ridiculous rate for one night and she still had to park at the airport. A twenty year old woman driving around inquiring about rooms after midnight was a major concern to me. The Park sleep and Fly number doesn't take calls after business hours, the hotel was useless. When I called both the net day they both blamed each other. The hotel said don't worry she wont be charged as she didn't stay! Park Sleep and Fly said they were sorry but they call fax and email the hotel with the reservations so it was the hotels problem but they refunded me the $15 service fee. Thanks a lot! He initial $150 PS&F rate became over $270 because of there mess up and the stress of driving around after midnight looking for a hotel. (BTW after midnight it is impossible to book online as for that same evening). PS&F deserves a negative Star

I had the worst experience with this company. I booked a hotel in Miami and they cancelled it without notification. I arrived at the hotel to find no reservation and the hotel was sold out about 20 minutes before I arrived. I contacted Parksleepfly and they blamed the hotel for poor inventory management. I contacted the hotel and they had a written history showing this was not the case- my reservation had been cancelled months before. I again contacted Parksleepfly and now they are ignoring me. I did get a refund on my deposit but no other resolution regarding this very stressful event.

Maybe I am stupid and read the billing incorrectly, but... OOPS
I was stupid and read the billing from the hotel incorrectly! I am just now changing the poor rating to a higher overall rating.
The program is okay.
You will pay a slightly higher room rate + the $5 using this service, but it is still an easy way to find out the hotels that provide this parking service. If you want to take the time to call each of the hotels individually and save the money, that is your choice.
Just be sure you understand the billing and notice it will not show up on the bill at the hotel. Neither will anyone at the hotel be able to explain it to you.
