I reserved through this scammy outfit for an overnite stay at a hotel and parking for a week while I flew out of country. The hotel did not provide transportation to the airport and I had to drive and park at the airport parking lot. Park Sleep Fry refuses any refund. Never again!
Horrible customer service. There is no number to contact & they do not respond to emails. How are places like this up and running?! I do not understand. However, I do feel like the dumb one for not researching more before booking. I booked the wrong day & the hotel was willing to work with me to correct the day but because no one could get ahold of parksleepfly, I was charged even when I did not stay at the hotel and we could not get my date changed. They are completely horrible! I would never reccomend this to anyone. I would much rather go through the hasstle and epense of airport parking then deal with a scam company like this.
We were given a quote for our travel accommodations and decided to go through with them. Put a deposit down. We got to the hotel and they did indeed honor our reservation. However, they did not honor
The quote we had been given. The hotel clerk told us that we were charged the price they always charge
And we would have to call back and talk to the manager. When our trip was over, I called manager and was told they do not get the deposit we had paid, and had to charge us what we were charged.
I then contacted ParkSleepFly and explained the situation. They told me it was an issue with the hotel and they didn't have the documentation to address the problem. I then sent a copy of the quote along with a copy of the bill showing the discrepancy. I also told them I had already contacted manager.
They responded back that It was up to me to contact the hotel.
In summary...I was given a quote by ParkSleepFly that was not honored. Customer service di not take care of the problem.
I was cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale and purchased a hotel stay thru Park Sleep Fly that stated it included hotel room, parking and shuttle to and from cruise port. When I called the hotel to confirm my reservation after booking I was told the shuttle was an additional $20.00 per person each way. This is not the package that I booked thru Park, Sleep, Fly. I contacted Park, Sleep, Fly to inquire about the shuttle and was told the shuttle was included for an additional fee, nowhere was that stated in what I booked. Why even include that shuttle is included if you are not going to include the actual cost of the shuttle, but that wasn't the case. When I inquired the option I was given was that I could cancel and book another hotel that provided a shuttle at no charge. This is fake advertising as the listing shows shuttle included but nowhere does it include a price. Be careful if you want to use Park, Sleep, Fly for your Cruise Port Pre Stay and are expecting to have a free shuttle!
Well should have read the reviews! Had a confirmation for airport hotel, one night with parking. Arrived at 11pm and the hotel has no record of us. Have to sit up in the airport until dawn. This is a SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are reporting to the BBB and OIG. There's no way to contact them, the email won't work and the phone states only open certain hours (yet to be verified). Cost our family time, money and sanity waiting for an international flight. Shame on you and you will be exposed.
My flight was cancelled, it was necessary to rebook my flight via another airport therefore another parksleepfly.com location. The website lists email, chat and phone as contacts, however there is no phone or chat feature. Several messages were sent to parksleepfly.com via there website email, with the only replies being will contact you soon…. It has been over 24 hours since the first request was sent.
The booking was not what was expected and after calling the hotel with the complaint I have had no more contact or refund.
My reservation read that AFTER THE INITIAL SERVICE CHARGE IN USD the remaining CHARGES WOULD BE IN CAD to be taken at the FOUR POINTS SHERATON hotel, Torront Mississauga, Ontario. Upon getting my credit card statement the hotel did not honour that contract agreement and charged the total in USD not CAD.
My understanding of the contract is the initial transaction fee is taken in USD but the remaining charges are in CAD.
Since finding this out It would appear I am not the only traveller with the same complaint quite a common practise being told one thing but actually finding out the opposite.
Calling the FOUR POINTS HOTEL and complaining several times they say there contract with PARKSLEEPFLY is for charges in USD NOT WHAT THE AGREEMENT SAYS!
Travellers SHOULD BE AWARE AND CHECK THERE STATEMENTS FOR IRREGULAR CHARGES the contract is misleading and not as worded, perhaps ParkSleepFly can explain why my charges were all in USD.
CONTACTED PSF several times and get the same automated reply but no answers!
NEVER USE THE FOUR POINTS OR PARKSLEEP FLY organizations they are not credible.
Had a "confirmed" reservation for econolodge in Grand Rapids, showed up there and they turned us away despite my showing them the confirmation number and receipt, had to scramble for another hotel to make our flight. Like so many others on here I have been trying to contact customer service for the last 6 days and I expect there will be no response. They are truly a scam! And the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Stay away!
We were in Europe on a river cruise and contracted COVID on the trip. We had to isolate for five days. The hotel was unwilling to help us because we had contracted their services using a third party—ParkSleepFly. No problem. So, we contacted ParkSleepFly immediately upon receiving our positive COVID results. There is no way to directly communicate with ParkSleepFly you must email them. Your email generates an automatic response thanking you for you email and that a customer service agent would respond as soon as possible to our issue (it took three days). They go on stating that they are handling higher than usual amount of customer inquiries (blah, blah, blah). Their response was less than helpful. They said, "Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your reservation. You may wish to cancel the original reservation and submit a new one that better suits your needs." Not every issue associated with travel is your fault. You have to have a way to resolve them somehow. I HIGHLY recommend that you not use ParkSleepFly. I will pay extra and deal directly with the hotel in the future.
I made a reservation ID ******* for 2 nights hotel near BWI plus parking at the Clarion *******300. Although I explained to the night clerk that we had prepaid using sleep-park-fly, he charged our credit card for the night, even though he told us it was "only for incidentals". When I called to dispute the charge, the manager would return the call - which he never did. I will call my credit card tomorrow to dispute the charge.
We booked a room through parksleepfly because it sounded like a great idea. Turned out that the room at the Eagan Hampton was dark, dingy, and dirty. The window treatments were hanging at half mast and were broken completely so we couldn't get any natural light. When we turned on the AC, our room was flooded and stayed that way until we checked out. We asked for a different room and were turned down. Looks like they reserve these expensive, junky rooms for the parksleepfly residents.
Searched for a hotel with extended parking and was led to PARKSLEEPFLY. We completed the reservation process and paid the up front fees. Waited a couple of days and contacted the hotel directly only to obtain confirmation and our booking number only to find out that no reservation was in our name. Emailed PARKSLEEPFLY and was informed that they sent the reservation to the hotel at the same time that the reservation document was sent to us. They sent us another copy of our reservation with their confirmation number only (no hotel booking number). We then contacted MARRIOTT BONVOY as we are members, the Marriott customer service did several searches through their hotel booking system with the same results; NO RESERVATION IN OUR NAME. Customer service advised us to wait until Monday morning to either get results from PARKSLEEPFLY or contact the hotel for our own booking for our Tuesday night stay hoping to get a room for the night.
Moral of the story "DO NOT BOOK RESERVATIONS THROUGH PARKSLEEPFLY" or you may experience the same saga that we are experiencing. Too bad there is not a NEGATIVE STAR RATING.
Went to hotel and was told they had no contract with them... Ignored my request for a refund. Do not use this company.
I've used the company before with no issues but this time I went to the hotel and they said I owed the total amount of my booking despite the fact that I had paid a large deposit ahead of time. I went to the parksleepfly website only to discover they have no customer service telephone number! Imagine a travel company with no 24 hr customer support! You can only email a request or fill out a form online. I did both and a week later I've still not gotten a response. I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I have the documented receipt for the reservation. Best to avoid this company, especially in this time of travel uncertainty when so much is changing.
We were charged for a reservation we did not make. The only form of communication we can find is email. We have email three times. We have received three automated responses. But none other than that.
When you cancel your stay at a hotel they don't refund your money! I would avoid anything to do with this company, I wasn't aware that I hadn't booked my stay at the hotel directly but went through this company that I had never heard of, they took my payment quickly but never got back to me when my cancellation wasn't accepted with their cancellation process two days later. Still haven't heard back from them even though I have contacted them twice! But they still have my money. Run from this company and never do business with them, unless you want to give away money.
Booked hotel and parking through parksleepfly website. Noted during booking that parking was for ten days total. Upon hotel check-in, was given a certificate for EIGHT DAYS of parking and told that anything extra would be charged at a daily rate. Indeed, after returning (nine days), was charged for an extra day. BE AWARE - no matter how long you are gone, the parking ONLY COVERS EIGHT DAYS. It was only one extra day for us, but I hate to be the person that's gone for three weeks, or a month.
This company has a no cancellation policy but when my airline changed my flight by a day they wouldn't allow and said they have a no cancellation policy …. I'm not canceling! Never use this company! Book thru the hotel and say yourself the hassle! No star!
Hotel was nasty so did not stay, they would not refund since the manager refused. It was a waste to use them since they don't go to bat for their customers, instead listen to the manager. All it did was create stress and more costs for us since we had to find other last minute arrangements. What should have been a stay, parking and shuttle for $132, it cost us almost $500 for another hotel and parking. Check out the hotel it's nasty. Microtel DIA Airport Tracy, the manager is rude and can't do her job.
Answer: With some digging you can find 800-727-5464. I have left two messages a week apart with no call back as promised in the voicemail
Answer: Clearly a scam, they only reply via email and have an impossible refund policy - ou canceling their reservation directly with the hotels, which hotels cannot do. Then providing PSF with their cancellation number before they'll honor a refund.
Answer: This is all you will ever get from this scam company! They are a fraud!
Answer: The parking isn't actually free in my experience. You can get a lower hotel rate without the parking. When you ask for the rate with parking the price goes up, often comparable to booking the hotel separately and paying separately at airport park n fly spots. But the convenience is worth something.
