Run Around
June 7, 2025

They gave me the run around after our flight got cancelled. We had a park and sleep reservation in Grand Rapids at the Sheraton, our flight got delayed multiple times then cancelled. I called the hotel within their written timeline to let them know we wouldn't make it back to stay at our reserved time. The hotel informed me we have contact ParkSleepFly.com to let them know. Their phone number refers you to an email contact line. The supervisor Jeff didn't do anything but email the company policy on cancelations. There was no effort to understand the issue or present a solution. I emailed asking for a customer service phone number, Jeff finally emailed the number within a few minutes before they closed. As it turns out it was the original number I had already called which referred me to the email process and Jeff in the first place! I guess the oldest trick in the book, "the run around" still works!

Scam
February 12, 2025

Booked Toronto airport hotel with 15 days parking over a month ago, with ParkSleepHotels and they just emailed me that reservation was cancelled, 2 weeks before trip. Contacted them and they reply that they don't have any reservation or confirmation, that we have a receipt and confirmation. The site also deleted the account. Did research and there are many complaints that had the same experience.

I booked with ParkSleepFly, expecting a smooth experience with flexibility if our plans changed. When I discovered that cars had been repeatedly stolen from the parking lot we'd reserved, I decided to cancel just the parking portion, keeping the hotel reservation. To my surprise, customer service informed me that canceling only the parking wasn't possible, as it was part of a "package."

It's outrageous that I'd have to cancel the entire reservation and incur a penalty just to avoid parking in an unsafe lot. This inflexible and punitive policy shows zero regard for customer safety or satisfaction. I won't be booking with ParkSleepFly again, and I encourage others to be cautious when booking with a company that disregards basic customer concerns.

I made a reservation today using this site but the hotel has no record of the reservation. I have tried multiple times to contact them but never get a response. I can't cancel because that requires a hotel cancellation number which the hotel can't provide (because they don't have a booking). Ridiculous!

Stay Away
February 29, 2024

Don't even think about using this company! I believe it's a total scam. I booked a hotel in Philly and then read all the negative reviews about the hotels and lack of shuttle services. I then decided to cancel and was promised a total refund which I never received. Only a partial was given. I emailed them and they have yet to acknowledge my complaint. I am now filing my claim with my credit card company.

Terrible service
January 25, 2024

I booked a hotel for a night plus parking. Never received a confirmation. Tried to cancel within the 24 hour window. Was charged by both the hotel & park sleep fly. Both companies saying I needed confirmation from the other. I feel like I was completely scammed. Would never use this service. They charged $62 for nothing & the Hilton hotel charged triple the room rate. Still trying to get a refund.

Used ParkSleepFly for an upcoming cruise. Paid a deposit for 2 beds, parking for a week and shuttle to and from the cruise. Called the hotel directly, they said I did have a reservation (paid for with points strangely) for 1 bed, no additional parking and no shuttle reservation. I emailed PSF, they emailed me back to say it was fixed. Called the hotel, still 1 bed (2 beds no longer available at all), no parking, no shuttle. The PSF Refund policy says to cancel directly with the Hotel then provide them the cancellation number for your refund. The hotel cannot cancel reservations from a third party vendor...which PSF obviously is aware of. I only paid a deposit, so that is their business model apparently, just scam people out of deposits.

Booked Embassy psf deal in Bloomington, MN. They have no shuttle you must pay for taxi to/from airport, this was never stated. No confirmation was ever received from psf, which resulted in driving all over MN bc there are 2 Embassy's. The whole thing was a mess. Psf will never respond to your email, review or phone call. I'm bringing this to the BBB now. Shoddy practices with no customer accountability is unacceptable.

Terrible
October 18, 2023

So I made a reservation online, when we arrived at the Comfort Inn, we found that our reservation was for the comfort Inn on Morrissey Road instead of at the Comfort Inn in Revere Ma. The comfort Inn did help us to get a room and car reservation at the revere location but when we tried to cancel the reservation at the Morrissey Road location, we were told we had to cancel thru Park sleep Fly because that was where we made them. So we called and left 3 messages...never got a response. I did get an email saying I should cancel with the hotel...the hotel says I had to cancel with you...I tried to cancel via the email link, it wouldn't accept my information. (see attached). After going back and forth, the Comfort Inn in Revere did call the Morrissey Blvd. Location and was able to get my room cancelled. I still lost my deposit of $45.34 from park sleep and fly but I shouldn;t becasue I did try to cancel within their 24 hour period. I will chalk it up as a lesson learned and will NEVER use Park, Sleep Fly again!

Don't even think about using this company! Total scam! It sounds great in theory so that's why I booked with them. I got to the Radisson and they didn't have a reservation for me and said they don't do business with parksleepfly.com. I had to pay much more at the last minute through the Radisson on-site since I only had 6 hours before I needed to leave. I contacted parksleepfly.com to refund my deposit. 6 days have passed and no response from them. I'm going to have to sit on the phone with my credit card company to get my refund now

Tried this for the first time when going to St. John September 11,2023. Got to the hotel—being used as a homeless shelter, in TERRIBLE condition. Did not feel safe, so rebooked at a participating Sheraton which was great. I submitted my complaint on September 17 and still have not heard back as of October 2. Cannot find a phone number to speak to anyone. Never again.

I am writing so that others won't make the same mistake that I made. I booked with parksleepfly and the hotel I chose was Aloft in Miami. When I arrived to drop off car and get a ride to the airport, the rude attendant stated we don't have a shuttle and did nothing to accommodate me since the website stated they have on demand shuttle. Well, this is not true. I even read about others having an Uber was provided, but that didn't happen ever, so I don't know if the reviews was truthful. I just end up canceling everything, because the purpose was to use the site for stay and shuttle.

I'm charged extra fees without explanation, and the customer service is arguing with me about their own business' limitations and will not look into their vendor's behavior in charging their paid customers extra $$$ beyond the initial contract. They are also not reading the history of the complaint for what has already been explained in previous emails that there wasn't anyone at the lot for me to talk to, there was no receipt printed out, and wants me, the customer, to go the extra mile to find me credit card statement for the exact amount of the charge rather than doing their job to help me the customer.

Try to cancel a reservation with the hotel associated with PSF and be in for a world of trouble. The hotel uses outside agencies who can't help you, the hotel itself cant help you and PSF won't help you without a cancellation from the hotel which sets up a circle jerk that has been going on for almost 10 days. No one takes charge of your reservation. If you can understand the people you are speaking to, it's obvious that they don't care what happens to you. Spare yourself the grief and avoid this inferior service. Rated 0.

Do not stay here
June 23, 2023

We have used this site before with no problem until this time. We chose Howard Johnson, as it was close to the airport. We were informed there is no shuttle, and directed to the "secure lot", an area behind the hotel, with a falling down fence and cars with smashed in windows in the lot. Our room has no trashcan, the curtains are falling down, the wires are hanging from the non functional TV, and the toilet paper dispenser is hanging from the wall. The pool has green water, literally, and the place is a dump. I am afraid to go to sleep! We are now having to pay for a parking spot at the airport, and will never use this site again.

Reservation Did not Exist at Hotel
May 16, 2023

I question the credibility of this company. My reservation on the PSF site showed that the hotel + parking was confirmed. I called the hotel (twice to be sure) to double check my reservation--a room and 9 days of parking--and they had no reservation under my name. I used the Contact Us feature on the PSF site. Customers cannot speak to an actual person on the phone, you have to email them for assistance and you receive a generic response about volumes being high and they'll respond as soon as possible. It's been almost 24 hours and no response. Other reviewers wrote that they never heard back from PSF in similar situations. I had to make alternate arrangements that were last minute, so much more expensive. I have asked for a full refund of the amount they charged up front...we'll see if they actually issue a refund. I don't trust them at all. I will never book through this site again. What kind of company doesn't have customer service representatives who can assist you immediately if you're experiencing challenges with your reservation? The hotel advised me never to use these third parties and to book through the hotel directly. That advice was not super helpful since the hotel didn't have availability, but I will definitely remember this in the future. This was a terrible experience and a massive headache. I'll save myself the drama next time and pay a bit more to ensure I have a confirmed reservation by booking through the hotel.
