Oder the sweet and sour chicken very spicy. My grandson enjoys this dish but very spicy for him.
The chow main didn't have any flavor and dry.
The honey chicken and the orange chicken no flavor, you couldn't distinguish one from the other.
A small suggestion don't put the same spicy flower on all your dishes.
It's like frozen chicken with different sauces!
I do eat here only on very rare occasions. I think of this food as imitation and not the real thing. It just does not taste anything like you get in a restaurant. I love shrimp and their Walnut Shrimp is the worst. If you have had theirs and never tried homemade or restaurant Walnut Shrimp you will never eat at Panda ever again.
Be EXTREMELY careful if you gave this business your credit card. My wife picked up her food from them for $167 and they charged it twice. I had to dispute it through credit card as they told us that they cant' reverse the charge. Even when we disputed it with credit card, they kept on stating to them that they sold us goods (yes, worth $167) that does not give you an authority to charge it twice. Real crooks, stay away from them. If you have bought anything from this business with credit card, please double check your credit card statement and good luck disputing that as these crooks will tell your credit card company that yes, that they did provide you food. (not twice though)
This is specifically for the new PandaExpress on Central avenue it Toledo, Ohio 1. The spring rolls tasted like they have been sitting in a cardboard box for 2 years. They are mushy in addition to there awful taste. 2. I ordered there beef with broccoli. I got 3 big pieces of broccoli and 2 small pieces of meat. This was good but to little of it. 3. They gave me no extra sauce for the rice. I had the white rice very bland without some sauce on it. I would have liked to have extra beef with broccoli sauce on it. But everything was so dry there was no extra sauce to add. 4. I asked for sauce from my spring rolls, she gave me hot sauce and soy. No egg roll sauce. Didn't know it till I got home and I don't have any. So all in all, will not be going back. It tasted terrible.
I go to panda express usually when i am in a hurry. I would prefer this place rather than going to any other fast food restaurant since i spend about the same anyway. I think the food is fairly price in my opinion, especially if you buy the discounted gift cards.
What a joke! I ordered the beef and broccoli with some noodles and hardly got any meat. Noodles were dry... just a horrible experience. Would not recommend this place. The egg roll was the worst I've ever eaten!
I usually don't write reviews, but they never have string bean chicken or honey chicken. They close their kitchen at 7:00 but don't close the restaurant until 9:00 so the food sits for up to 2 hours until they close so if you eat dinner after 6:30 don't expect to get anything you like.
So on 8. 27. 19 at 12am, I enter the Panda Express on 2828 Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA. Long story short, after waiting a short while, when the Black customers got to the head of the line, the non-Black manager acted as if she did not care about the customers. She stopped helping me, said nothing and just walked away.
Then when I bring it up to her, all these employee are huddled around like I am a threat. If only they had all acted with that much care and concern to help their Black customer. I have been trained in social bias and they clearly treated me different.
Next time, I video tape them secretly and release the proof over the Internet. I'm out to prove that Panda Express Employees bigots and does not care. I could be wrong but after several complaints, it seems just as bad.
Price is great with current economic rates for eating out. Compared to Burger King, McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, the proportions at Panda are much much better and ingredients sooo good tasty. Food served at this hour was hot (not just warm)! Panda Express #1877 receipt is poor poor quality and I can't even make a readable photo nor sign into the survey numbers 8/3/22; order ******* server
Stephanie L.; I used my visa debit; part of code is; 2302 (cannot read next nbrs) ending 0188-0512-07 cost 11.10 plus tax. 94 total $12.04
When I lived in Colorado springs the Panda Express near me was usually good, but since moving to Pueblo 3 years ago I have not had one single good experience with this place. I hate myself every time I cave and give them another chance. From my scheduled online orders being nearly an hour late while I wait to pick up, and then failing to fill the container on premium entrees more than halfway (love that when I pay extra), and them taking my money for things they don't have in stock... Its always something. Maybe it's just with online orders because that's all have used for this locations but it has been a horrible experience every time. The last time my teriyaki chicken was charred to a point it was inedible, who serves black chicken that is hard? The Pueblo Panda Express. That's who.
Fried rice, very starchy, chow mein sticky
Small portions of beef broccoli
Very disappointed. If I wasn't tired from work,, I would take it back to the restaurant for a refund
Spent $35 for the taste of bland $#*!, sour $#*! chicken straight from the pandas actual $#*!. There was no sauce for the bland dry wall tasting baby $#*! covered chow mein they gave us. I'm convinced I'm actually $#*!ed for giving them a 2nd try. The orange chicken tasted like candied meat but made out of sour patch kids and $#*!ing sweet tarts. You would have more satisfaction throwing out everything you just bought than taking another bite.
Ordered 2 bowls at Bastrop, TX online. Went in to pick up and it was ready. But when we got home, the whole order was wrong. Didn't go back because we live in the country, but it was a big disappointment. On our next trip we told them about this. No apology, nothing offered to make it right, Nada! Not what I expected for their mistakes.
They ripped me off at the drive thru I drove 1 hour to get home and was missing 2 large boxes of fried rice. I go there 3 times a month.
They wanted my receipt like that would prove they didn't give it to me? Eyeroll. Did not care about it, so watch what they give you especially when ordering a large amount for family! :(
Panda recently raised it's prices and now gives you smaller portions. Also, the chain already charges me extra for it's coconut shrimp, but now has shrunk that portion too. I have made my last visit to Panda and Chipotle. Both have lost their luster. Addios!
. On Sunday May 2,2021 me and my wife ordered carry out. The order was 2 fried rice, 2 shrimps honey walnut, kung pao chicken and teriaki chicken. A couple of hours after eating at our home we both fell severely ill but she was far worse than me. (I learned later from a doctor that this is because I am on a medication that helped) That was the only food we ate together that day. She couldn't sleep that night. On Monday we went to immediate care center and the doctor said this is food poisoning. The severity of the food poisoning caused my wife terrible suffering and a high medical bill. She couldn't eat for 2 days. I called panda express and told them what happened. They said somebody from corporate will get back to me, but nobody called, looks like they careless. I have conferred with my lawyer and he is working on my case.
Bad FOOD! This place is very stingy with the mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. I received very bland noodles, very bland fried rice and no soy sauce in the delivery bag. There were very tiny pieces of chicken in the mushroom chicken dish. Not near enough beef with the broccoli. This place loads the bowl up with rice, noodles and barely any chicken. Hardly any beef with the broccoli. Ate some of this NO FLAVOR dish that had very little sauce in it. Walked away from eating feeling hungry. Never again will I order from this place.
The food here is mediocre and this building inside is so cold feels like a morgue. You sit down to eat within 10 minutes; your food is cold. It's a good thing I did not bring my grandbaby here she would've froze. Panda has to do better on their entrée portions you're basically paying for the noodles and rice
I could have gone to any number of Chinese restaurant buffets for the same price and had anything I wanted for all you could eat. The problem with Panda is they control the serving spoon and portion. I ordered a bowl of Shanghai Angus Steak that of course came with a side of rice. Received two large scoops of rice in the bowl which almost filled it up and one small scoop of Steak, four small pieces of meat and all onions and green beans, etc. Basically $9.00 for a bowl of rice, not going back.
Food was not good and not warm. Tasted like it was old and over cooked at that. And for the third time went to get what was on menu online and you get there and no longer have that. So tired of it. Never again. Done! No wonder I hardly ever see cars at this one. And your a new location. Sad for you!
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
