ON A SATURDAY AROUND 1; 30 1; 45 I went to Panda Express on 23rd TO GET A CARRY OUT. I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM TAKING THE TIME TO DO ONE OF THESE. IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD GO TO THE ONE ON THE BEACH. I WAS A WAITRESS FOR 42 YRS & YOUNG GIRL THAT WAITED ON ME HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. LO- MEIN IS LIKE RUBBER. 20.00 DOWN THE DRAIN. WE THREW ARE FOOD AWAY. I WAS AT THE PANDA 2 WKS AGO ON THE BEACH & THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL & POLITE. FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO 23RD ONE. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT RESTAURANT FOOD 3 OR 4 TIMES IN MY LIFE. IT HAS TO BE HORRIBLE FOR ME TO COMPLAIN. I USUALLY STAND UP FOR HELP NO MATTER HOW BAD THEY ARE. THIS GIRL WAS WORSE THEN HORRIBLE.

NO PINEAPPLE, NO ONIONS NOT A ONE. I CAN SEE NOW WHY EVERY ONE HERE AT ST. ANDREWS DRIVES TO THE ONE ON THE BEACH. MANAGER. YOU BETTER TAKE NOTE ON WHATS GOING ON THERE. THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS GOING TO GET A LETTER. I DO NOT GO TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT TO GET INSULTED & THEN HAVE TO THROW MY FOOD AWAY. I DO HAVE MY RECEIPT. I CAN GIVE IT TO YOU BY PHONE. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT FROM PHONE TO COMPUTOR.
This trip to PE was at the Panda Express #1560 restaurant located at 5229 W Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ ******* on 07-29-22 at 2:48:11pm order #******* according to the receipt. The visit didn't start off well as there was a dumpster taking up 4 parking spaces in the parking lot so there were none available to park in as all the rest were filled up. I had to park further away in the mall parking lot. Once I was inside inline waiting to arrive at the order counter, the short, hefty black lady in front of me was too busy looking at her phone to hear the lady server ask her twice if she could help her, then the server looked at me looked at me wondering what was going on. I had my gift card info printed out on an 8x11 piece of paper, so I touched her arm with it and she abruptly turned around and gave me a nasty look and said don't do that. The server looked at me to thank me for waking her up and I replied I was only trying to help her, and that other people were in line and wanted to order also. She kept saying obnoxious stuff with a nasty attitude and when she checked out, she didn't even reply to the cashier nor take her receipt as it was handed to her. She just grabbed her bag out of the cashier's hand and stormed out the door. I told the checker she was nasty in line too and not to take it personal. She acknowledged the woman wasn't very nice. The world could do without people like this treating other people this way because they can't give others the courtesy to be ready in line to give their order as something on their phone was more important than ordering or being considerate to others. After she left, it was a much nicer visit and the food was good and the restaurant was clean.
I got the plate with 2 entrees and 2 sides. I got 2 pieces of meat on the whole thing?!?!?!?!?!?!

Slammed the window in my face because I asked for a fork along with a fortune cookie for my customer then the manager came to the window by the name of Joy and I said could I please and I use the word please have a fork and napkin with a fortune cookie and Her response with my request was" do you know I can rate your Service "and my response was trust me young lady I can rate yours as well it doesn't matter if I deliver for DoorDash I am still a customer and I still deliver to a customer so not only did she lose me as a customer she also lost a customer who ordered
Because I explain to them what happened she does not have any business being in a management position she doesn't know anything about me
I am an emergency room nurse with my bachelors in nursing and I work at DoorDash on the side as a side hustle to put my children through college as well
My son is in his Sr year at the University of California Santa Cruz his clinicals are extremely expensive and with price of education
Not only do I have a small side job he does not have the luxury of having a father his father was killed in Afghanistan three years ago so I am raising four young man on my own and putting them through school
I work three different jobs to do this my husband gave his life for this country and I am highly insulted by being talked down to by "Joy "at panda express on international Speedway Daytona Beach Florida
He does not have any business holding this type of position

It's slow on mobile, you can't do certain requests, and it just sucks.

Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
