Used the app but my order went to the wrong location. I called multiple times but they wouldn't answer. I had the manager at the location I was needing to order from call and they answered right away. They let me know that even if I couldnt come get the food, they would not be providing a refund. I was told to call corporate if I was needing one. When I did I was told that I would not receive a refund, but that they would send me a coupon for a free 'plate'. I never got the coupon. Basically I gave away my money to be treated badly and not receive any food. If you want that experience, this is the place to go. If you like receiving what your paying for and to be treated like a human, you may want to look at going elsewhere.
This food chain are so stingy given small portions of food while charging you too much, it's a no no to me. The food used to taste much better, not anymore plus paying too much money for a small portion of food. I feel bad for for the customers.
I just got my order to go Panda Express off of enchanted parkway in Federal Way and the teriyaki chicken was absolutely horrific. They also give you little packets of teriyaki sauce which I've never seen before. There was barely any teriyaki sauce on the chicken I've never had so much fat on my chicken. The beef broccoli and the fried rice or good. The Panda Express off of 320th in Federal Way has always been awesome. I've never had bad chicken there ever. I will never go back to this restaurant again. We'll never go back to this restaurant again
I went into Panda located in Beaufort station and my experience was not great the good not good at all tasteless and the cashier was every but where she needed to be. I will not recommend this place to anyone
Lately we walk in we walk out, it LOOKS terrible, dry crust over the top of entrees, or a spoonful left in the bottom and NO ONE COOKING replacements, when asked when fresh is coming out, they just look back and say 5mnts but NOONE is cooking. I've sat and waited 20mnts still nothing. Walnut shrimp has sat and dried up yet they still want to serve it, it's horrible here in Valdosta Ga. THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. My date I'm submitting is 1 of many...Its been like this all YEAR
If you don't know yet, please be aware that they charge for $8.5 for a very small bowl and $10 for a small plate of rice or fried noodles. You have to pay for every dishes you add to the rice/noodle. They're $2.30 for a medium size cup of drink. And the taste of the food is simply mediocre.
Not sure where these negative reviewers live but you should come to the PE on Madison in Mankato. The takeout box is always full of tasty food. If they are out of something they make it up fresh on request in only about 5-7 minutes. The servers always have a smile, and last night I was given a complimentary wanton. Never a bad experience at our Panda Express.
They r out of a lot of stuff almost every time we go there. We ordered walnut shrimp. My husband got 11 shrimp and mine had 5! They try to be so fast so they r done when u pull up to the window. So they just throw it tot. I don't care how fast u r. Just make it right. Other times we have gotten food and only 3peices of meat. So we r eating a bowl of noodles or rice. Get it together. Maybe the manager should be there to make sure the kids r doing it right.
I have noticed that the portions are becoming smaller and smaller up to the beginning of the year 2023 the portions and price were equal however prices have increased and portions are smaller i paid for walnut shrimp nd when I got home it wasn't full all the way I don't recall receiving a discount for getting less
We typically hit the drive thru once a week. More often than not, the order is wrong, so I always check it before driving off. This time one of the entrees wasn't ready, so I had to drive around to the front and wait. Once I received my order at the curb, I checked the bag, and of course they forgot the soy sauce I requested. I returned inside to get my sauce and expressed my displeasure. As can be seen by other reviewers, and was my experience, there was a lousy interaction with what I expect was the manager. Anyone ever wonder how they can afford to pay "managers" $75k - $100k per year? Take a close look at the quality and portion size. $15 bucks for $3 of food, that's how. Manager stated, "see you next time". No, no you won't. Here's a tip, next time simply say, "I am sorry we didn't get your order right, what can I do to make it up to you?" Customer service 101, which this organization clearly doesn't teach it's people.
Panda Express really needs to get it together. When I first started going to Panda there was no uncharge on anything. Now they are placing uncharges on top of the menu price! This is really taking advantage of customers and I will not go there until they take these uncharges away! The menu price is already high enough!
After receiving horrible service at the restaurant where no entree but one was available and had to tell the employee multiple times the same thing while Diane stared off in space who was the girl waiting on me, I filed a complaint. Then I received an email from customer service asking how they resolved the issue yet they never called me. Horrible experience with both. They care nothing about their business. I will not recommend my company employees nor anyone else to go to any of their branches.
Simple confusion at the drive through window, and comments from an attendant led to angry words exchanged.
The attendant could hear both myself and the passenger conversing about the order and continually kept trying to respond to the both of us.
If she could not discern the difference between our voices I completely understand. However the asinine attitude she took has guaranteed I will never be eating at panda again.
It is far more convenient to cook a better or even worse product to enjoy, than it is to deal with a drive through attendant who can't slow down and listen to those ordering.
First time I ever tried Panda express and it was awful Bland isn't the word. Worst fried rice ever eaten. The chow mein is not what I am used to. I will never eat fast food Chinese again.
I figured i would stop by our Panda Express for some dinner here in Grants Pass Or. I ordered two plates, one was Kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When i tell you the kung pao had like three pieces of chicken and a bunch of peanuts (way more then i have ever gotten) and fried bits. And way less rice and noodles, but i'm paying the same money. No thank you!
I had 2 different meals weeks apart in 2 different restaurants. Both orders were inedible. I wrote Panda, they offered a coupon for another meal, which I turned down. I asked for a refund, and am having to argue with the customer service to get it. Their food used to be good. Now it's not. Not going back.
This was one of my favorite places. Not any more after last nights visit.
Their serving portions were so reduced we both were hungry after the meal.
Any food place who are stingy on their servings will go down soon.
Will never visit Panda. Will look for other chinese food
9 months ago I had panda express food delivered to my house and it was cold and over an hour late. Made the mistake of giving them a second chance. Ordered orange chicken and fried rice and got burnt dry hard chicken and half cooked white rice that had the consistency of rubber and cooked super greens. Total waste of time and money. Won't be a third chance
Several time we encountered rude cashiers and workers they are not well trained like chick fil a they rushed us to finish our orders and when we asked if everything in the bag cashier answered mad sounds like of course hurry up and leave. Don't order drive thru guys or else your BP will go high
Ordered from two different locations trying to see which was up to the standard it was a few years back. I don't know what happened but something very toxic is in the air. No friendly greeting.
Tables aren't wiped (while you wait). Food is allowed (Whitehall) to run out then the "5 minute wait" turns into 15 minutes. The atmosphere used to be positive now it's toxic.
Portions are smaller. Prices (like everything else) have crept up. Quality of food has gone way down. Ordered from the one on N. High Street. What I received was drowned in sauce. Food almost inedible. Ordered the same item from the Whitehall location. The food was undercooked. I tossed it.
Employees are unfriendly, rushed, and impolite. After multiple attempts at two different locations I've reached my tolerance. Sadly, I am abandoning my patronage of this outfit. Effective immediately I will not, under any circumstances, eat their food again even if it's offered at a discount or FREE.
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
