The Upland CA store Always asks to donate your change to a bogus charity. Yesterday, my bill was $9.05, and the girl said she had NO CHANGE! She actually wanted to round my bill UP to $10.00! I said "no,
This is your fault, and she gave me an extra $1.00 so they lost a nickel. I am now notifying the Better Business Bureau.
I have tried your restaurant twice and both times the worse customer service ever. Both times either no sauce or very little sauce. When I told them i would not be back the clerk said that was fine. When I asked for a manager he refused to get one. I wont be back at your establishment ever again. Both times my orders were incorrect.! Very dissatisfied.!
I order a double order of the black angus beef, I'm charged 4 dollars extra, you would think that price would affords you a little more of the beef, seems it's getting less than more, overall they are definitely getting stingy with the whole plate. Ima need to find another fast food chin se place. I've also noticed it's not as busy as it once was.
If you have been to Panda Express lately you should realize the take out containers are smaller. A lot smaller. The amount of food you get is also much smaller. The only thing that didn't go down was the price. I use to like the food but if that is how they treat their customers, I'll eat somewhere else.
Looks like everyone is using the due to the rising costs excuse to stick it to the consumers. This business has obviously reduced portions with the smaller trays. They have even changed the offer for completing the survey. Now you have to buy two entrees to receive a free SMALL entree. And they have also decreased the egg rolls. I stayed loyal after the disgusting packaged teriyaki sauce but after spending over $15 today for pitiful portions, I am done!
Ran out of soda no out of order sign on soda fountain. Tried to return drink employee nor manager would return my money. So I returned my meal aswell but nope they would not return my money... called corp. Talked to Robert who was not to awfully nice about the issue... he is not interested in resolving either. Thanx for stealing my money..
I would like y'all to cook y'all noodles better they are soo dry. Then the rice dry too then it's like the workers didn't even try. My 6 year old sister could do better than this. But yea that's all imma js go to china one from now on.
Been there three times. NOt impressed at all. Got my order to go but they made it for dining room. Told them it was to go again. They DUMPED it into a to go box. It looked like pigs had rooted in it! I was very pissed
Will not be back! And will spread this story.
Online ordering doesn't work... ever. If I say I need it ready by noon that doesn't mean make it when I get there. And that doesn't mean set it aside when something isn't available and make me wait 15 mins for an item I "reserved" through the app an hour before. Maybe they can stop helping everyone in line first and ask me if I want a substitute? Not treat me like an inconvenience for ordering online. I was a repeat customer for a long time but I think that has ended.
I went to Panda Express on Montana Ave in Santa Monica and I had the worst experience of all the panda express foods. The food was cold and old. It was also very oily and tasteless. The girls that worked there were also very bad behaved.
I have tried foing there three times now and each time I go they have not had white rice. I'm pretty sure Chinese food goes hand and hand with white rice. Also don't use the drive thru, tried that git someone else's order. Probably would advise you not to expect outstanding service.
At one site the black pepper chicken is as follows, chicken meat is now minced meat, the celery is so tiny it can barely be seen let alone tasted, the dish is now full of chunky large raw white onions with celery and chicken sprinkled in.
The chicken and green beans are as follows, the chicken is in small medium and large pieces and the green beans are no long long but rather cut green beans that look to be a whole one cut in half and they look old vs. fresh. The ter. Chicken is waterlogged and always burned. This site leaves the food out until it is dried out, stuck to the pan and overcooked and most people will accept it, not sure why but they do.
I was a life long die hard fan of Panda Express but this particular branch the food is sickening to the point I will never visit it ever again. Old food, dried out food, waterlogged food, burned food. Sad
Hi I'm wondering if Panda still hiring for new people because it seems like they need to replace some of them. The food is great! But the customer service is NOT! I went to drive thru one time and I will never forget the face and the name JUVY. I'm still adding some orders that I forgot to mention but she roll her eyes and close the window! That is not acceptable! I meant to tell her something but since I'm on hurry I just left. Hope you do some actions regarding this matter.
The restaurant (if you can call it that) in Center City Philly gives you more food in a Bowl than a plate. They do not give you fortune cookies or sauces if you order online. When you call they are rude.
Every time we come to Panda Express in Columbus Ne they never have the beef and broccoli done when going thru drive thru! You always have to wait and so far right now I've bewn waiting 10 minutes! This is every time. Unless things change we will not be back and my whole family loves Panda Express. The ones in Omaha are amazing but not this one!
Every location employees aren't nice they don't care and never smile or friendly. They stopped letting you sample which is bd because they are never consistency in the cooking and meat so you have to try it if it's good that time that place. They are getting lazier about chopping their veggies so they are big and bulky and most every dish is full of veggies with maybe 5 pieces of chewy chicken. The place is a rip off and they raised their prices to dine in real Chinese restaurant prices... it's a shame I used to avidly eat here all around the us since the 1990's it's at the point where it's just north worth it anymore. They chain should close down. Because I don't see them caring or making it good or with it again.
I last visited a Panda Express several months ago and the experience with the food was NOT good. I went during the evening around 7 o'clock. The beef broccoli was a brown green in color and it was cold. It also had a funny taste from sitting in the warming bin for a couple of hours. The rice is always firm to hard. The only time you usually get any fresh and hot food is during the lunch rush hour, after that, the food is always lingering in a warmer turning into something that's disgusting and close to the border of food poisoning. I went to their website to express my disappoint with the food in their "survey". All they offer is a worthless apology and a "free" entrée with your next purchase, that does NOT rectify the problem. How about I get my money back. I stopped eating there. I won't be back until they make a vast improvement and offer a total refund when you're not satisfied.
They charge extra $1.25 For black Angus beef but they barely put meat in it. Most of time I go there I get most vegetables not meat. I like the food but seems like they scam you with this bs extra $1.25 and get so little meat in it.
Ordered from there in the past. Then Ordered today a meal containing 3 meats and shrimp and got nothing but noodle and a few veggies I called them they said they would call be back and Re-deliver the meal but never got anything nor a call back. Will never order from them again.
I paid $1.25 extra for the beef steak entree which I have done in the past but today I got nothing but vegetables and sauce and one and a half pieces of beef. Very disappointed. How can an employee actually serve this? If you're out of this entree don't give me the leftovers give me the option to switch it to another entree. It was very busy and they were out of rice and chow mein. So I didn't get to see them serve the entrees.
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
