I used to love panda. I don't know what happened with them. But I do have to say in the very beginning. They used to make their own teriyaki sauce. And it was really good while they switched that to having packets of teriyaki sauce and it just wasn't the same period hear it but I Continue to go there at least twice to 3 times a week. I always order The same thing a plate with fried rice and double Chicken teriyaki. I always had to ask for the Teriyaki sauce and I always ask for Extra because I used to put it on my rice but every time I ask for extra I got no extra and no sauce. Like I'm ordering chicken karaoke. But I always have to ask for the teriyaki park period anyway. So a couple months go by, and they're chicken. Got really bad, really fatty. Not high quality like it used to be period now I won't even order the chicken karaoke because I get tired of getting all the way home and having no sauce when they asked me. Did I want sauce and I said yes extra. Period I was really, really disappointed when I got home and that chicken was so disgusting. Like like it's not bad enough that you couldn't make your own sauce. Which all you did was put water in it. You switch to packethat is just ridiculous. Anyway so I asked the lady for beef and broccoli. And she told me that they didn't have it. And they ended up giving me something that started with a m steak... Which wasn't bad but I wasn't expecting that period so I went back this week and I ordered the beef and broccoli. Let me tell you that I had more broccoli than I had beef. I took the picture I was so upset. I wanted to go back. I am just getting very disappointed with their quality. And I am very disappointed with the prices. I'm paying almost $14 for my meal. And they can't even give me. What I order I'm getting double. Which means I should have double the meat double the broccoli. I don't know if it's just this panda on aramingo ave in Philadelphia. But they need a seriously get that store in order or get their business in order. I spend at least 60 to $70 a week. On hand they will not get my business unless they change that chicken and go back to that normal sauce just every time I go there. Now I get nothing but dis. Appointment in the charge me $13 for 5 pieces of tiny little steak, smaller than a nickel is ridiculous. Get it together panda your already over charging people! To top that off, I don't even get a drink with my meal and I'm paying almost $14. Which I was okay with that? Because I used to give you what you paid for but that business is going down the drain.
1401 Riverstone Parkway, Canton GA. I hate this store with a passion. If I could give them zero stars I 100% would. The food is always cold when I receive it. The store is usually always dirty with fork wrappers, spilled sauce packets on the tables, and dirty trays everywhere. The trash is always overflowing and the floors are covered in noodles and rice. The bathrooms are even worse. The trash in the bathroom is always overflowing and the stall is disgusting. The toilets are never clean and the mirrors are cloudy and gross. The bathroom floors are always covered in something nasty and they never bother to clean it up. There is never any soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The customer service is just AWFUL. The employees are quite rude when you ask them for simple items such as sauce, forks etc. I have never experienced the rudeness I receive from these Panda Express employees anywhere else. They forget most of my food or get it wrong nine times out of ten. They forget my sauces even though I have asked at the drive thru and at the window. There is a girl that works the window sometimes (Stacey). She slams the window and is always rude to me when I ask for anything. Literally anything. I continue to ask for sauce and I never receive any. There are two or three guys that work at the front of the store and they are the only ones that actually treat customers with respect. They always have a smile on their face and are never rude to the customers no matter the circumstances. The young ladies working the behind the counter are never paying attention. They are always chit chatting with the other employees whilst there is a giant line out the door. The wait time for a single bowl is not even funny. I ordered a simple bowl with white rice and string bean chicken. I have to wait over 20 minutes for a single bowl. The management is even worse. Jenny, the manager, who sometimes takes the orders at the drive through is extremely rude. She is always talking over me and I can never finish what Im saying before she rudely interrupts me. She never says thank you and is always rushing me to finish ordering. She tells the employees to put the food from the plates/bowls back onto the hot plate if something is incorrect in the order. Jenny has embarrassed employees who are new by screaming "Who trained this person, he doesn't know what he is doing?!?" The management at this establishment should be reviewed and replaced. I have seen the managers tell employees to pick up sauces from the ground and tables, wipe them off and put them back in the sauce container. I can't believe this is allowed. It is disgusting! This place should be shut down! I will no longer be giving my money to this disgusting place you call a restaurant. I love Panda Express but I DO NOT recommend going to this Panda Express.
Ive tried, really Ive tried, I Love chinese cuisine, and panda express is not anywhere close to being anything authentic as chinese cuisine or even chinese fast food take out…but it is what it was originally supposed to be. A substitute flavor for the American pallette to become accustomed to fake chinese food.
I cannot put a finger on what it is that the panda express food technicians at the plant does or doesn't do when it comes to the panda entrees and sides, but they are succeeding if they are still trying to mask and block the American people from tasting authentic chinese "woks of art". What panda's customers get is a lithographic reproduction or a facsimile of amazing, flavorful, and tasty asianic sauces, spices, stock, and recipes- that look and texturizes like the real food, but tastes like it came out of a 3-D printer, instead of an authentic chinese kitchen. I cannot keep eating imitation while handing over legal tender american dollars into the production of more mediocrity and greedy corporation directors- who train their panda restaurant attendants into loading up bowls with a mile high stack of chow mein, or steamed rice (yes I left out fried rice because I couldn't DARE call what panda passes-off as even close to what real fried rice should be!) and then barely a fractional scoop of your entree' item- unless they can call it a "Double Portion" and overcharged you for it accordingly…. And Yes, if you get one item entree with half/half sides it IS extra for that extra half if they con you into putting it in a bowl instead- because a bowl order is only supposed to be 1 entree and ONE side; a half/half in a bowl is Extra Charge!. So watch out for that bit of trickery they train their sneaky behind the counter employees- good try team- the chinese owners are not THAT smart.
Sorry for the loooong review, but this establishment has to know theyre not fooling their customers- they are just accustomed to what they've been fed all this time. Time to support the smaller authentic family run chinese food places that are still cooking with true pride in their food instead of accommodating false perception of how chinese food should be Westernized. Goodbye forever panda.
Maybe if people gave you a higher score i would aswell

Today I called panda to ensure that my condiments and sauces would be included in the bag. Previously We have ordered and were missing items such as teriyaki sauce for chicken, sweet and sour sauce for ragoons, and so forth. When I called the last time the nice manager advised me to call the next time I place an Uber eats order and the staff will make sure all necessary items are included in the bag. So this time when we ordered we made sure to call once i placed the order with Uber Eats. The young lady that I got on the phone assured me that she would make sure the everything was included. When the order arrived we discovered there was no teriyaki sauce to go with the 3 orders of teriyaki chicken that we ordered, the sweet and sour and plum sauce that I requested. My kids ages 5 & 6 had their tonsils and adenoids removed on Tuesday and are just now able to eat things like soft chicken. Panda is what they requested as their first real meal. When I called I asked to speak with a manager and Louise came to the phone. I explained to him what had happened and that I had called earlier to try and avoid this. He then told me to screenshot where i asked for these items. I then reiterated that I had called following instructions from another manager. He then went on to try and tell me why it was my fault and not his. Not 1 time did he apologize for the inconvenience, or attempt to make my order right. I tried to explain that my kids will not eat the chicken without it, he talked over me the entire time. I then asked to speak with another manager and he stated there was no one else. I advised him I would contact corporate and he said, "go ahead, good, goodbye." When I called back I got the sweet young lady that I had previously spoken with today. She tried to get Louise back on the phone and he refused to come to the phone. He continued to attempt to argue with me through the young lady on the phone. She didn't know what to do so I just told her it was ok and that i would send my husband up there to get sauce because my kids wont eat it without it. How is it that we spent 48.00 and we are wrong? My husband had to come all the way up there for items that I had previously tried to make sure would be included in our order. When my husband arrive Louise would not come to the register. The young lady whom i had spoken with apologized to my husband since Louise did not. This experience was awful. I am a training and development manger by profession and I train in customer service. There were so many things wrong with the customer service provided to me and my family on today. We have been going to this panda faithfully for almost 3 years, and we order from here at least 3 times a month. Sometime we stop in on our way home or we use uber eats. I am so disgusted with this experience that we will now go out of our way and got to the Loganville location from now on.
