Ordering from PandaExpress on line is fine except I think they purposely don't include the sauce they supposed to be included with the entree. Without the sauce the rice is extremely dry. This has to my family on more than one occasion. Because of this I will not order from them anymore.
I ordered 2 beef and broccoli bowls through the drive-thru and I got home all I received was 2 pieces of beef so I called to complain to the manage and he said" I'm sorry you were disappointed"... I paid $15 for 2 pieces of beef... I'm so disappointed
Most of the time Panda Express gets the menu right when I order it online but there is on more than one occasion they can not get the order right. My frustration with Panda Express is making their entrees portions smaller with less meat. I spent $45.00 on three meals that didn't have enough meat in for one entree. I'm done.
Went to pick up an order. Of the items I ordered noodles, orange chicken, mushroom chicken for one plate, rice king pan and mushroom chicken for a second plate. I had to wait for over half an hour for the king pao and orange chicken. Needless to say the rest of the items were cold by that time.
It will a long while before I go back to the Washington street location or any other store for that matter.
I just ordered the green pea chicken bowl with white rice and I got mostly rice and very little chicken and it definitely did not look like it did in the photograph. Their photographs.are terribly misleading. So the next time you ordered don't expect to get what you see online because it ain't going to happen
Ordered mushroom chicken in the drive thru. Tried to add broccoli. Told cant add broccoli. I asked if they serve beef and broccoli. They said yes/ I said ok just add some and charge me for it. They said no. I said ok. Was told to pull aside and they would bring it out. I asked how long? They said 5-10 min. I pulled aside. After 20 minutes, I went inside. One other person in drive-thru and they gave up and left. 3 people eating inside. Asked about my order. They handed it to me (ice cold) and when I asked how long it had been there I was told about 15 min. Incredulous! Too lazy to walk 20 steps (like they said they would) to bring my order out. NO business! NO orders! Just lazy! Never go there! Big mistake. When asked I was told by mgr to just be glad I was in the drive-thru. Walk-in customers must wait behind ALL drive-thrus, and if you are there to pickup... or doordash, you are at the back of the line.
I purchase lg Honey Walnut Shrimp with my order. My container felt like it was not properly filled. So I brought it back to them to show. She said thats correct they only put 28 pieces of shrimp because they count when they put them in container. I didnt want to make a scene and make her count them in front of me, so I just left when she told me that. When I brought my food home, I decided to count the shrimp. There was only 17 shrimp. Ripped off Honey Walnut Shrimp is expensive! She should've checked it herself!
I have been going to this Panda Express at the Outlet Shoopes of Atlanta since they opened and this is the first time I feel skimped on my food. I even mentioned it three times and both of the young ladies just laughed then when I got to the register she asked me to round up I said, are you kidding after you skimped on my meat and she had the nerve to comment is only five cents and slam the register.
Horrible attitude for the holidays!
First thing I order broccoli beef they had me something that looks burnt and very old he said oh won't get you some new stuff I said no thank you that orange chicken fried rice absolutely no taste no sauce packets I'll highly recommend finding another place to go
Stopped by panda express yesterday afternoon and purchased orange chicken for my husband and I. It was so good, the rice was fluffy, and the chicken was crispy. The orange sauce was delicious. Didn't like the crab Rangoon though.
Ordered walnut shrimp and chow mein last nite. Waited for fresh shrimp. To my dismay, got home and shrimp was doughy and not done also no honey flavor. Also the chow main was so greasy couldn't eat. Restaurant too far to return. Worst food ever.
Flushed $13 down the toilet. Never again!
I went to the panda in the Scottsdale Pavilions. The food was meh but the service from Iris was fantastic. She was very busy with a line of people out the door she did what she could while working with those who stand around chit chatting.
Food was very old had been sitting there for a while
Dry rice and not polite at all with customers
I wouldn't be surprised if the food is reheated
I am referring to Mansfield's location. First and last time I will buy an
I took my 5 year granddaughter to Panda on Gilbert and University.
WORST service EVER my granddaughter want a kids meal mixed with rice and noodles the side of orange chicken.
One server One Cashier she didn't get the kids meal all in all it was $30.00 for us two with nothing with anything.
When we went to sit down she wanted her drink? Never got a cup, and when finished she asked for her cookie. NONE the lady had pink hair WORTHLESS when I approached the counter again she said "so sorry but you need to pay for a drink and don't give cookies anymore "
Why would we pay for a drink with a kids meal?
Very depressing
Will NEVER go back there and told everyone at work what happened so they lost all of our business. They called this a kids meal!
Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
All the vegetables and rice you could ever want, just no beef, in a broccoli AND BEEF MEAL! I actually told my wife to let me talk when taking the order, because this happens every time, so the sad part is that you actually plan on getting screwed ahead of time. Never again!
I just ate a beef and broccoli meal at Panda Express. I received a medium portion of fried rice, 5 small pieces of tough meat, 4 pieces of under cooked broccoli, two good spring rolls, and a small coke. It cost $12. I will never eat there again.
Just sad... The food was dry without flavor. With only three tiny pieces of meat and 5 pieces of broccoli with more them a pound of rice. First and last time I order from them. On the good side very fast delivery (store location Casselberry-FL)
The panda express on Seneca Road in Eugene Oregon is very poorly managed. And the staff there are very rude to the delivery drivers and they seem to put their orders together last after all the patrons are served. There really needs to be someone on the delivery orders. Good food but poor service.
I've been in Panda Express three times and the advertising price and it'll be double every time you check out I ordered a small bowl which is 690 one entree and one side order and it come up to $9.67 poor place to eat I won't be back I got to give car that's worthless as s***and it says to do a review show your receipt I didn't buy it cuz they tried to overcharge me
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.

Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
